I walked into Motornation with no idea what I was looking for, all I knew was that I wanted to reduce my monthly payments. Harvey came out to help straight away, I gave him a vague idea of what I wanted and he showed me a couple of cars before finding the perfect car for me, he helped me reduce my monthly payments, get me cash back on my old car and it was so easy. He took care of all of the paperwork, all I had to do was test drive the car and sign a few documents. Hi couldn’t log into my account for some reason so I’m using my sons 😂. I bought a bmw 330d from Matt this week, excellent service and customer care, answered any questions I had and there was a lot since I was travelling from Scotland and hadn’t seen the car in the flesh. Tony runs everywhere like Linford Christie and gets through more shoes than Imelda Marcos, making sure every detail and every inch of your vehicle is perfect, especially for the day of collection. What I absolutely loved about this establishment was the maturity in years (shall we say) of the staff. Experienced to know their stuff and more interested in you, as a person, than just a notch on their sales post. We felt like we became part of their family, in a very short time and there was no messing about, they knew exactly what we needed and found it. Mr Mahon took the time to make a video of our car, once magnificently prepared, that Walt Disney would have been proud of. It even had a couple of the characters in it, I swear. All I needed was a rendition of the bear necessities to top the experience. I've recommended this team to friends at my local convent, who are off on a road trip and need something big enough for them and their instruments. Tony will, I know, find them the best touring vehicle. The Sisters will be in good hands and will probably try and persuade this cheeky champion carp catcher, to join them. Bristol Street Used Cars Derby were great because the whole experience of purchasing a nearly new vehicle was a worthwhile venture. I actually travelled from Newcastle upon Tyne to view this car. Having had prior communication with a sales executive by the name of Matthew Worley I headed down to Derby with an open mind in the hope of securing a fair deal. On a personal level I found Matt to be approachable, informative and well versed on the technical aspect of the car I was interested in. My pre arranged test drive went well, and any questions I had prepared were duly answered in a genuine fashion. Back in to Bristol St Derby and once again any concern I had was met with an honest approach which had me feeling comfortable and relaxed whilst I reached my decision. Matt advised I take my time and consider the package on offer, there was no pressure or the obligatory hard sell! In relation to the vehicle itself, I part exchanged my car for a VW Arteon TSI R Line 190, including Panoramic roof, Upgraded 20in Rosario alloys, Camera system and Discover pro infotainment system. Approx 4k of upgrade. Matt then checked over my car and gave me an additional £250, I also received a contribution from themselves, the tyres etc were in excellent condition, a service was carried out AND they gave me a full tank of petrol. All in all I was more than happy with the deal I got, I should also point out that I actually searched for two months to find this vehicle with this spec and I saved a fortune by taking a 3hr drive. A big thank you to Matthew Worley for his guidance and advice. More importantly, the lack of "car sales jargon" and creating a situation which I found totally acceptable was much appreciated.
