My Citroen C3 arrived this week (June). The place was well-arranged and clean, and the staff friendly. In particular, I worked with Reece Roan who was professional and flawless, making the whole experience as smooth as possible. Even during the Platinum Jubilee holiday we were exchanging e-mails regarding any questions I had about my order. I wish all businesses operated as well as this one.

I bought my car back in February (sorry for the late review) and from start to finish the service I received was fabulous. Reece was extremely helpful and attentive throughout and nothing was too much trouble. He wasn't pushy at all which I always appreciate. You can ask no more of a business than it conducts its self in a professional manner and delivers on what it sets out to do . This business in the shape of car salesman Reece Roan met every criteria and I am pleased with the outcome. I spotted a car on line and made a telephone enquiry , spoke with Reece confirmed a few details including tyre and brake wear and agreed a price. The regulatory items were gone through in detail and monies transfered . I travelled for an hour and a half by train and was collected by Reece , a service I didnt expect , and taken to the dealership . 5 starts doesn’t seem fitting for the service I had at Citroen Derby as they excelled in every regard. I had awful service from a previous Citroen dealership and the difference in quality and care is night and day. I was looked after by a lady named Laura and the workshop manager Luke. They ensured that I was updated and that I had everything I required, Luke even went above and beyond to provide me with a toy version of my car for my grandson which he loves. Never bought on line before however the salesman Reece was absolutely great the car I wanted was sent via a video link and it was just what my wife wanted, but I needed the back windows tinted and parking sensors put on he assured me this would not be a problem. We agreed a delivery date and it was just four days form my order . Got to be honest I thought they are never going to complete on time. Sales experience: Initially I was looking for a much cheaper car to run than a Jag XF. Shui showed me the cars on offer, and we went through the new and second hand options (including electric). He patiently went in to a lot of detail with me and set up an eC4 test drive. I loved the car but didn't think I could afford to go 'electric'. To my delight, Shui worked out a part exchange on my old car which put things in the right cost ballpark. Initially I thought he was talking about supplying a second hand ex demo, so was very surprised when he negotiated a brand new car! From there, Reece worked with me to set up a few extras I needed, and was able to answer all my emails (normally within a few minutes). He also presented the new car to my family when we picked it up, so it felt kind of special. So thanks for everything - I love the car, and have saved £100 in fuel this week alone. It's costing about £2.20 for a full charge (special economy rate) which in the real world is giving me close to 200 miles in eco mode. That is a saving of around £38 per charge! One last thing: Please get air conditioning or blinds :)

Sales people can seem a bit pushy but that's the aim of the game. They are flexible though and did give me a good deal. They were also very good when the wing mirror cap came off after a ding with a rail and only charged a small fee and didn't charge for the work. The overall level of customer service is very good.

Really professional and friendly staff. I recently bought a Jag from Bristol St Motors in Derby. On day of collection the garage called to say they had found a major problem with the car. They voluntarily refunded my money as the car was not up to their standards. Shame I didn't get a car from them as I would highly recommend them. Nice to find a car dealer with integrity. After deciding it was time to change my car and needing something with considerable space for 3 young children and a dog I decided to look at a Grand Picasso at Citroen in Derby. Jason Lord was helpful of knowledgeable and I picked up my car a week later. I have had a couple of small issues with it. No problem. Emailed Jason who replied within minutes and the service team called me within an hour. Sarah looked after me on Friday (12/01) and was brilliant. Courtesy car and all problems covered by warranty. Helpful, pleasant staff who in my opinion treat the customer well. Thank you for making my experience (after some very negative experiences with other dealerships!) a good one.

Brilliant service from Blake. My mother purchased a DS3 1.6 e-HDI that developed a noise from the turbo bearing. Being a mechanic I had a look and confirmed the problem with the garage. Within a week the car had a new turbo fitted. Excellent service without any hassle. Don't let this put you off; turbo had a manufacturing fault which is understandable since turbos are extremely finely engineered with miniscule tolerances.
