We dealt with Jordan and mot once did he try to push us into buying a car. He understood our needs and did his best to meet them. Everyone we dealt with at SEAT were great from the sales manager down to the admin people. Spot on service and the car we got is great too.

Really pleased with the service, honesty and help I received when taking my SEAT Ateca for diagnostics to resolve a rattling noise. I was always greeted with a warm welcome, dealt with efficiently and kept informed throughout the process. When the issue wasn’t resolved as easily as hoped, the technicians persevered to find and rectify the issue rather than fobbing me off like many other dealerships would. This is my first experience with a SEAT vehicle and I’m happy to say that I am delighted with both my car and the follow up customer service and care that I have received.
