Broke a couple of month in derby needed a gearbox change. Went breaker link to order a gearbox. Came across derby autos and gave them a call. The chap on the phone was brilliant and told me about everything I needed to know. Got the gearbox taken off on the same day which was brilliant and saved me a lot of time just had to pick it up. Fantastic service and car runs smooth. The chap even told me great garages near by to get the gearbox fitted. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for Japanese parts

Awesome service! Gentlemen i spoke to over the phone was very polite and i asked him about the part i wanted and he told me i would recieve it within 3 working days. After being sent 2 wrong sunroof for a toyota yaris by other online salvage dealers, I phoned Derby Auto Salvage. Explained the situation, and was advised they had my part in stock. I was sceptical as the others were the wrong size. I gave measurements of the fixing holes and the guy went out and measured the unit for me to confirm that he did have the right part. He went on to explain that there are 2 different sunroofs for that model - the other dealers advised there was only one! Cost and postage was reasonable too. Very knowledgeable and helpful, only used them once, but would be happy to use them again.
