Despite other reviews I found them friendly and helpful. I bought a lovely Audi A1. Not 5* simply because the car wasn't cleaned ready for collection (did it while I waited) and it's not the cleanest inside but I'll enjoy giving it a scrub.

I bought a Nissan Quashqai for my wife from Derby Cars nearly 3 months ago and deliberately waited until now to post.Even though it had fairly high mileage for its age its been s great car and I've had no issues what so ever. I brought a new car from Derby Cars a few weeks ago, the staff are friendly and helpful, the car drives really well overall and I am happy. The car came with a RAC warranty with £1000 repair work guarantee which put my mind at rest as I'm not a car mechanic so you never know with buying any car if theres a problem hiding under the paint work or bonnet, I would highly recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for a nice car good price cheap and fast delivery.

I brought my peugot 3008 in March but wanted to wait a couple of weeks to complete an honest review. The car is beautiful and the staff were very friendly without being pushy, upon going to view the car. The sale was quick and efficient without any problems. I have been using the car for the past 3 weeks and it runs brilliantly. The only issue I have had is with the air con. As soon as I raised the issue with the company, they quickly repaired the damaged part, without complaint, and I have had no problems since. I would highly recommend this company for its friendly, helpful staff and beautiful cars.

I recently bought my first car. After negotiating a favourable price and receiving an extension on my warranty, I drove the car home in no time. Unfortunately my car had been sat at the garage a while when lockdown meant they had to close, and this caused a problem the garage were unaware of. They assured me I was able to receive my money back or get the problem fixed myself (as I live over an hour away from the garage) and they covered the cost of the fix with just an email and phone call needed. The guys were friendly and happy to help even after the car left the garage, definitely recommend!

We brought a Touran from Derby Cars and so far we are satisfied with our new car! They were very helpful and pleasant. The car didn't need cleaning but they offered to do that for us, also my husband jammed a cd in the player and they sorted that for us taking it out to get the cd!! A week after we brought the car the battery died we called RAC we have a 6 month breakdown guarantee which came with the purchase, they replaced the battery which cost us £150. I rang Derby Cars and shared the incident with them and they offered to refund half the amount we paid. I thought this was fair and would recommend buying from them - good cars and great customer service!
