H.I recently bought a 2004 Range Rover Vogue from Derby Vehicles remotely and taking advantage of their delivery service, having the vehicle delivered to South Devon at a more than reasonable cost. From the first message I sent enquiring about the vehicle, Rich was a fantastic and honest person to deal with and he made the purchase and delivery as simple as could be. Following delivery, the aftersales care was fantastic - Rich and his team went over and above what most other sellers would do, especially when considering I had never even visited their business or met in person! Since delivery, the car itself has been fantastic, made all the better in the knowledge is has been sold to me by a dedicated and enthusiastic company.
J. S.I bought a used Freelander from Derby Vehicles a couple of months ago. Lovely car at a very good price. They were very helpful, never pushy but always on hand to answer questions when necessary. Really good price in part exchange for my old car as well and a smooth easy transaction. One teething problem with the car was sorted immediately with no question, nothing was too much trouble.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future, and have already recommended them to anyone who'll listen. A while shopping around for cars recently taught me that honest keen dealers like this are a rarity!
D. H.I brought my Range Rover Sport from Rich and his team in December 2021. Initially there were a few teething problems when I first had the car however, I want to point out Rich was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He has been polite and helpful every time I have spoken to him and have since brought an extended warranty with them. Really recommend the garage and the politeness of their staff.
A. H.Absolutely spot on. Went in on the off chance to look at their stock of motors. Fell in love with a nice RR Sport.. in fact, they all gleamed like Turtle Wax.. It was amazing and wow, such a great range of stock too.
Rich made it seamless; he is a down to earth, say it as it is guy. Told him my budget and he even adjusted things to suit. Was a few very small things I asked to be done on it and without batting an eye lid he agreed to it. Was done with professionalism, courtesy and with speed.
New cam belt, service, 3 months warranty, 12 months AA, and above all Rich is enthusiastic and genuinely cares about his interactions with you.
A great one stop shop for sales, after sales, workshop and MOT's. I'd recommend Derby Vehicles to anyone looking for a nice motor from friendly people.

Initially thought I maybe treated as a second class customer due to the vehicle being the cheapest they had for sale, however I was wrong.
Still offered 3 month warranty with the car and a years breakdown.
Garage have honoured any issues and even picked the car up due to a coolant leak.
I would buy from here again.
A.I'm disabled and I was able to park and turn easily. It is packed with choice and they all shine like an advert for turtlewax. I took my time going up and they sell like hotcakes, no problem there is a massive selection. Even the taxi driver stayed to view and was impressed by the choice, prices and service included. from my first contact to almost a week after I got my car Richard the sales director has kept in touch on a daily basis. We were given all the time we wanted with no sales pressure at all, the only words staff said were greetings. When I decided to buy all his attention was mine. The car is perfect, my only problem is wanting to go back for another. the best 4 by 4 by far from the best 4 by 4 dealer by far.
