I had my first experience of buying a vehicle online in the UK (I came over from South Africa in 2018) and was decidedly nervous. I fell in love with this Peugeot 208 1.2 Allure online and went ahead. I was assured that the car would be delivered at no extra charge and that if I was not completely satisfied I had 14 days to return it. Well I am very happy to say that the vehicle is everything advertised and in excellent condition as promised. I had one or two issues with the air con and the infotainment screen, however Ady, Andy and Dan at Hi Auto have been brilliant and provided excellent service to ensure the issues are sorted and the vehicle is as promised. Thank you to all of you. I will tell friends about your dealership and I will certainly support you in thee future again 😁

I've had my new motor just over a week now and it is just brilliant. I've been looking for a Peugeot 2008 for about 6 months now and whenever I found one it was either faulty, not looked after or the advert was inaccurate. When I went to look at this one I expected the same but it was everything the add said it was. Thanks to these guys I've got a brilliant new motor with low mileage ( perfect for plenty of travelling with the family) with a great price. They also gave me a great price for my Impreza for px which helped a lot. Amazing guys thanks a lot! But I must say I miss the scoob so much 😥

What can I say.. Excellent service, popped in to look at 2 Ford Kugas to find they had sold earlier in the day. Ady showed us 1 that wasn't advertised as yet but was everything we wanted and more. Very pleased with service received from Andy at Hi Auto. Car purchased in health pandemic lock down, without having seen it, which I was slightly nervous about, but I needn't have been. Car is as described and with 12 months MOT, service and warranty. Andy was responsive to phone calls and emails and the car was driven to my home (30 miles away), and my part exchange car driven back. I was also reassured by the '14 day cancellation of contract' provided by distance selling regulations. I'm not someone who enjoys car buying but this experience was stress free and I actually preferred it to buying a car in person! I was also apprehensive of buying from a small dealer that I knew nothing about but I took the risk and I have not been disappointed; thank you.

Like most....when you get a call saying I would like to buy your car you have to ask more questions. Ady was polite and explained that as a retail outlet they can sell cars for more as they take on the risk of selling the car with a warranty and offer finance....unlike members of the public. We got a price that I was happy with and Hi Auto got a car to retail out. A deposit was paid and the car collected within days.....smooth as silk. Not that I've sold loads of cars but it saves the tyre kickers wanting everything for nothing.

Well what can i say? The experience was excellent, when me and my partner got there they handed the keys over to look at this car and left us to it. I have been to many second-hand car companies and Hi Auto's is one of the best. I had gone to have a look at two or three cars as their standard was very high. All of the cars on the pitch were in excellent condition with full service history's. They were all presentable as well which is a refreshing change. From the moment I walked onto their site and before driving the car I was already in the mind to buy. There was a great atmosphere. No pushy salesman...just Andy. A really nice guy, new his fleet and built a rapport with me very quickly. Nothing is any trouble for them. If you want a used car then I would thoroughly recommend a visit to these really nice guys...and I did buy my Ford Focus Estate and it is a great drive...does exactly what they said it would do. Fantastic!! A real breath of fresh air to buy from a car dealer who is honest, trusting and totally not pushy. The car was ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived and looked immaculate. They sorted me out a finance deal to suit my needs with no pressure to buy any extra s insurance warranty etc. they even included a free 12 month warranty. Its a small family run business in a lovely rural setting, the circuit for the test drive is great to give the car a good run and get to feel how it handles. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a second hand car, so much better than the corporate unfriendly pressured environment of the car super markets ! simply excellent !

Had read a lot about the quality of service of HI-Auto so thought I would try them. I recently bought a Fiesta. Having now bought two cars from Hi Auto, one from Dan & the other from Ady i genuinely can’t fault the quality of service these guys offer. They offer a seriously friendly no pressure service & a personal touch to the whole process, compared to the usual car salesmen commission robots that were all surely used to. The sale wasn’t pushy in any way shape or form, both times they let me test drive the car on my own with my partner and let me spend as much time looking round it as I wanted. Very shortly after buying my car from Hi Auto it developed a fault. I contacted them and asked for support. As I lived over an hour away, I asked if they would cover the cost of a main dealer conducting a diagnostic check and rectifying the fault, rather than me having to drive all the way back to their premises. Yeah, the car developed a fault; it's happens and is disappointing. That said, it’s a case of how the matter is dealt with that defines the dealer. Hi Auto was excellent. Andy didn’t quibble or challenge, rather he immediately agreed to reimburse the main dealer expenses without hesitation and the issue was remedied very quickly (turns out it was a blocked fuel filter). Since then I have enjoyed trouble free motoring with the car and hope to do so for many years. I cannot thank Andy and Hi Auto enough. He was extremely helpful, never tried to deflect any responsibility and without questioning my situation he agreed to authorise the main dealer repair. I would definitely buy another car from Hi Autos.

My experience buying from hi auto was brilliant. I bought an audi q3 from them in December, the first time I went to see the car there was a question mark on weather the cambelt had been changed by the previous owner so hi auto payed for a mechanic to have a look and it turned out that it hadn't been changed, at which point I was a little apprehensive as it was looking like i wouldn't be able to buy the car before lockdown came back in but hats off to hi auto 1 week later I drove the car away, they paid for the cambelt and other bits to be replaced and had it fully valeted before I picked it up. I also bought the car on fianace and had already sorted it through my bank, but when I told Dan the price my bank had quoted he said we can do better than that, and they did. Thanks for a great experience, I will definitely be looking to buy from hi auto again in the future.

Ford Fiesta st I purchased my fiesta from hi-auto late last month. The whole transaction was easy and straight forward was able to look around the car at my leisure, was even allowed to test drive the car on my own which was a refreshing change! I was given a great px price (even though the car wasn't with me) The company stated that a fresh MOT and service would be carried out as part of thier used car program, which is was! oil in the car was fresh and so was the MOT. While looking around the car I noticed that the rear disks looked worn, I mentioned this and they changed them without question The handover was quick and efficient and I was on my way within 20 minutes. When returning home i noticed a bit of damage on the roof, again spoke to hi-auto and they was more than happy to help. Would recommend to anyone - special thanks to Andy and dan for the first class service.

There were 7 hand overs last Sat so they are busy for a small dealer. Humans find it difficult to fake sincerity. Car dealers can do a very good job of faking the truth when they are wishing to close a sale. These days, when buying a car from a dealer, I am more conscious of the dealer than I am the car I'm considering buying. Both Dan and Ady convey a feeling of honesty, sincerity and a desire for a good relationship between them and the customer. They do a really good job of truth in a cut throat business.
