k. j.Chloe looked after me very professionally, she kept me informed on the progress of the repair and sorted out everything efficiently. The lady on reception and lad washing the cars made me greeted me and made me feel welcome and at home. All in all a very pleasant 2 hours even though I had to replace a punctured tyre.

J. G.Buying a car can be a stressful experience. Today we met with Long, the salesman, who worked with us to ensure that we were able to purchase a car that met all of our needs. We didn't feel as if we were being sold a car but as if were being helped to buy the right car. Long had listened carefully to our needs/wants and worked with us to find the perfect match.

H. K.I went to Lexus service for an MOTand Hybrid check. The young gentleman who served me was excellent. He was so polite and patiently explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble.
The lady in reception kindly offered me a meeting room to work whilst my car was having an MOT and Hybrid Check. She kept checking I was ok and whether I needed any refreshments throughout my time in the room which was so thoughtful.
I would highly recommend Lexus to friend and family. Your staff and service is absolutely the best. Thank you
