Excellent service. No pushy salesmen. Just great advice and good deals. Would always recommend. Second time of purchase a vehicle here. Oh and the bacon cobs are great too!! 😂 😂. I had total confidence in buying a car online with Motorpoint. Thus is car number four that I've had so I had total confidence that the car was going to be in perfect condition and it was of course. The only thing left to do was drive it and the 14 days given to drive and get used to the car has enabled us to make a final decision...it's a keeper!! Good handover system, very Covid safe and will continue to be my go to place for buying a car.

All staff pleasant, helpful and courteous. Still awaiting contact on spare key which we were informed was included in the new car pack. Phoned up 3 times yesterday and promised action but no response as promised. What do I do to get my spare key? Also surprised to find an extra £99 admin fee included on final bill. This had not been mentioned initially when we had agreed costs. Not good practice. I await your comments.

Have recently purchased a car from Motorpoint. I was happy with choice of cars and happy with the price of my chosen car and even happier with the ££££ I saved compared to dealership prices. The car had a couple of minor issues and after I contacted Jodie at customer it was dealt with without delay and I honestly couldn't have got better service direct from a dealership. Can't recommend Motorpoint highly enough!
