S. E.I rang the garage this morning with an airbag fault on my BMW 325i. The mechanic said - we’ve got the tool needed to diagnose the issue - pop in when you can.
So I popped in 15 mins later; they checked it; diagnosed it; fixed it and explained it.
I was back home a few minutes later with a smile and a fixed car.
Wonderful, friendly service, just like a garage should be.
