Took my car for a service, asked how long it will take, was told 2 hours, so I waited there, just said I'll go for a walk, came back after 2 hours still not done and waited another hour... Minor service, not even a single filter changed, pretty much just diagnostics. Moreover booked my service with replacement car, booking was canceled and I was rebooked on the day when I was working, to be fair they did try to call me about this, but I was at work and couldn't talk, but I called them back I could only book it in few weeks after. I guess the booking thing is just miscommunication, but still an annoyance.

just got delivery of my third Hyundai Santa Fe' purchased from Beechdale/Reid Group, Derby. its the ultimate spec, 7 seater AWD HYBRID and a beauty! keep going back to Beechdale, as the service i get from Aaron Wellard and Tom Porter is second to none. as for the Santa Fe' you do not see very many around which is a great shame, this SUV is the best kept secret, its upthere with the BMW X5 or Volvo XC90 only abt 15 grand cheaper :)

Not the best dealership when it comes to standards and trust!! I took my Hyundai in for service and mot which also includes a heath check. Late the same day I received a call telling me everything was fine except a split rear wiper blade. I said I replaced it yesterday?? They said that the health check had been imported from last year where this had been picked up!! I said it sounds like you haven't bothered doing one this year if you havent checked to see if the defects have been rectified. If I had bought the blade some time ago I could have thought it had split and paid them £37 for a replacement. It has made me vary wary of them as I own two Hyundai's and I cannot be sure that everything I have paid for has actually been checked and/or replaced!!!!

I am so happy with the recent experience I had with my (new to me) Hyundai i10 and Beechdale Motor Group. I didn't even buy the car from them, it was just from a small independent motor trader, but it was still under warranty. There was a minor issue with the car because the filler cap would not open. Now with my Peugeot, I have called them with issues before and they would not even look at it without booking it in and in some cases, they have insisted on an upfront payment for them to diagnose the issue. With Beechdale, the wonderful lady on reception asked me to pop in on my way past so they could have a look and work out whether they needed to order a part. I turned up, she drove it round to the workshop, and they didn’t just look, they actually sorted the issue! I am so impressed that when I am next looking for a new car, I will be going to Beechdale and looking at Hyundai because they have treated me like a person and that was refreshing. The sales staff were lovely, after some bad experiences else where we were greeted by Rob Thompson. He was extremely personable he put us as at ease. As females car buying, the whole experience had become quite overwhelming up until that point. He was reassuring and explained everything clearly. Throughout the whole process Rob answered questions and made sure we were happy with everything he had explained before he moved on. We never once felt pressured and always felt in control of the sale. After the sale was agreed we felt supported and nothing was to much trouble even to a point of putting himself out assure we could pick the car up totally at out convenience. Having been to two other Alfa dealerships previously with the same issue, I've got to say that Beechdale went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite the fact that previously they haven't had any business from me, I will be going back to have my car serviced here from now on. I've had an engine warning light for almost 6 months, and Beechdale have been the only dealership to properly diagnose the car and thoroughly go through all of the parameters to find our what the possible issue could be. Be aware that this company touts for business by including a 'health check' on your vehicle when you book it in for anything - without telling you!! My vehicle went in for a vehicle recall and that took only a short time but 1½ hours later I had to demand my car back. The service supervisor tried to tell me it was LAW that they had to do this. I knew better and he then had to admit it was company policy....😡

This wasnt my 1st jeep but my 1st experience with Beechdale motor grp derby..i am a motorbility customer and from the very 1st phone call with stuart in jeep sales to the momment we picked up our car i had nothing but a positve experience..more than helpfull..not pushy and really genuine. The car a jeep compass is lovely and if u have back problems as a mobility customer or not then i can only say after 10 years of having cars whilst trying to help a chronic back problem this has been the best by far. I even got an email from stuart thanking me for my buisness and as a motability customer that goes a long way.. it is the very 1st thanku from a dealer ever as a motability customer. as alot of manufacturers have a motability car sales team so its an easy sell they forget that we still pay 260 a month for the car its not free so that was a welcomed msg ..So thankyou for making the whole experience a pleasent one.
