RW Cars were really helpful. I picked up a few items with the car and they sorted it swiftly prior to my collection including ordering original parts. Put a bit of fuel in the tank for me at no hassle as it was nearly empty at the time. Overall a really good experience and some really nice people.

Jim was great, took a small deposit over the phone to take the vehicle off the website blocking others from selling it in the meantime. No sales pressure, told me to take my time test driving and allowed me to walk away and to get back to him by the end of next day, if I decided not to go ahead my deposit could be refunded. Great purchase experience again none of the rigmarole you get in a dealership, straight talking straightforward, sorted my part ex with a competitive price. Would recommend if you want a relaxing, non-pressurised, straightforward service of purchasing a vehicle.

The chaps did make the process very easy and quick. I do love the car! However, I can't help be a little disappointed there is some sort of white plaster like substance on the plastics outside. Makes me question the past of the car and why wasn't it cleaned a little better on the outside.

I am really annoyed to be honest i rang up wednesday to book a viewing for this car i seen qashqai for saturday i paid £100 reservtion fee i told Jimthe sales person i should be there around 2ish and he turned around and said you need to be here for 2 othere wise i will not havetime seeing you So i drove 2and a half hours to arrive at 1.30pm i went in asking for Jim there where no welcome they didnt even offer me a seat jim asked for my driving licenceand said you have 10 min to a test drive thats it the car was nice i really liked it wanted to buy when i asked a few questions about the car he become aggressive arguementive and defensive Out come of complaint Spoke to rob the manager after this complaint and has resolved this complaint so the back of this i have changed the reviews to 5 stars i wam going back to buy fhe car now

Overall really easy and pleasant transaction. Paid the £200 reserve fee, came down from Sheffield to view the car, quick test drive and paperwork completed in under an hour. The only issue I had was that one of the glow plugs had gone faulty a couple of months later but RW Cars covered the cost of the repair. Excellent service all round.

Saw the vehicle advertised on Autotrader at a good price. Arranged with a salesman called James to view and test drive. The vehicle was well prepared and in good condition. Paid a deposit the next day to reserve and picked up a couple of days later. The paperwork was all in order and James made the buying experience very pleasant as there was no pressure and he was helpful, polite and professional. I bought an Audi A4 here. It was in exceptional condition. Looked elsewhere afterwards as my brother was also interested in buying a similar car but we could not find any car in the same condition anywhere else at a similar price at all. Exterior was actually in brand new condition, absolutely no scratches. Just one extremely minor dent. Interior was great too, no stains. You just saw what you'd normally expect to see. I've been driving the car for a month now and there are no mechanical faults; just worn brake discs. If you want a car that will definitely cause you no problem, this is where you should go. Their service was fantastic too. Very friendly guys. Paid the deposit over the phone and drove the car off the next day. The 240 mile round trip was well worth it. Chances are I'll look at them when getting my next car.

We just completed the purchase of a black Audi A4 from Mark today. We bought the car thanks to Mark's brilliant customer service. The car is immaculate and drove so well on the journey home. We were so excited to buy the car that in rushing to complete the paper work, we accidentally gave Mark a low score on the Nova website, which of course is not correct. He was brilliant and one of the main reasons we drove to Derby twice to complete the car purchase. Bear with the guys as they are busy, when you are able to speak to someone, they will help. Great place..no pressure buying, abslutely amazing customer care team. Purchased a car before Xmas i noticed a slight problem with the heater..i called the team up and made mention of this. They asked me to bring the car back in and they would get the issue sorted which they did. Gave me a courtesy car with no hassle whilst my car was being repaired. After care team were very good. Staff are very polite and helpful. Would highly recomend this place to anyone. Best car show room i've ever dealt with.

I liked the experience here. Very happy to help out and a good amount of stock (mostly VW / Audi). I think they are all ex fleet cars so seem to be in generally good / high condition with sensible miles and stacks of service history. Constant stream of cars being cleaned and maintained and they were happy to buff out some marks on a car for me and a friend. Staff were helpful and polite, although I get the impression that the cars have minimal mark up and therefore the price you see is what you will pay (no room for negotiating). This isn't a problem, but worth knowing in advance.

Found car online after looking for this specific model for months only to find RW cars have this car in stock only to be the cheapest in the country with very low mileage. called up dealt with james drove down from london and from the call to driving the car away from their forecourt was a very satisfactory service that they have provided. Great service, great deal. I knew the exact model I wanted so then was able to search all available cars across the country. The one I located at RW cars was significantly cheaper than any others I found so I thought it was worth a look if nothing else, thinking it was possibly a bit dodgy. I was mistaken. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and Rob, the sales manager was great. As the prices are fair - bargain there's no need to haggle so it was a case of paying a deposit and agreeing to pick it up. Really smooth transaction and as far as I could see, very professional. I would definitely use them again. The money I saved allowed me to buy an extended warranty for extra peace of mind.

I had an issue with a refund recently. Turns out the sales manager was off ill, not his fault at all and my messages were not picked up appropriately by whoever was filling in for him. These things happen. Perhaps the only gripe now is that the replacement should have dealt with my query in the absence of the sales manager. My refund was processed and I'm happy to say the company honoured their customer commitment. It was shaky ground there for a minute but redeemed well for a satisfying outcome. Can't say anything about the cars as I didn't get a chance to buy one but the sales team are professional and trustworthy. Good job, guys.

Was given a fair part x price for my Audi A3 towards a Mercedes CLA. From the first phone call to me driving away the guys at RW we're great. Rob in particular was brilliant and handled everything with professionalism and honesty and I felt at ease with my purchase. The showroom is clean and bright with the cars easily accessible and the workshop looks well organised and tidy and all the staff have uniforms on, this place looks the part and so do the staff that work there. The vehicle handover was quick and easy and all my documents for the finance etc we're given to me in a nice presentable folder with the aftercare booklet and contact details should I need them. I've been to some grotty horrible dealers to view cars over the years but this place is number one is every way. This is how used car dealerships should be and it will be the first place I look when looking at a new car again.
