best car dealership in the east midlands. bought a car from Craig for a great price and later on there was an issue (not one he could have seen coming) and he abided by the warranty immediately, had the car fixed and even lent a courtesy car with plenty of fuel in it. Craig is excellent, no pressure when looking at cars and very honest. we found a small issue with the car when looking at it (turned out to be nothing) and Craig advised we bring a mechanic back with us to have a look if we wanted. Friendly and easy transaction. if you’re looking for a used car dealership this should be your first port of call, would recommend to anybody.

What can I say? An absolute joy of a car buying experience from start to finish. I was left alone to inspect the car at my leisure although Craig was on hand to answer any questions. Fixed an advisory on the MOT free of charge and even hand delivered the car to my driveway 50 miles away when I couldn't arrange to pick it up! 3 month warranty for peace of mind too. Forget the big corporate dealers and give Craig a visit. Brilliant!

Lovely little car from a brilliant dealer. Saw the below car on Auto trader, arranged a test drive found Craig straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. Sorted out the deal- so far so good. On day of collection car was ready and waiting cleaned and MOT'ed as promised. What happened next is the reason I'm giving them 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from See Cars. Within 10 mins the Engine management came on . I popped the car straight back just to let them know and show it happened so soon after collection . Craig was great about it and to cut a long story short it took 3 different attempts by different garages across a few weeks to fix it . The final visit a main dealer. Throughout the process at every point every email was answered promptly every call answered every bill paid straight away. I felt Craig genuinely cared about the car and the customer. I am writing this review is because i know looking for a new or used car can be frustrating and I'm hoping this helps future car buyers choose the right place, i recently purchased a 63 plate Nissan Qashqai from See Cars Ltd in pearl white a used car with decent mileage, i arrived at the dealership and i knew nothing about the car only from the pictures i had seen previously that was until i was greeted by Craig, very helpful and a all round great guy he shown me all the specs of the car and gave me a great demonstration on how it all works, as we both looked around for any discrepancies (as you do) being a used car Craig had noticed a very faint hairline crack on the rear light (i would never of noticed) he instantly ordered me a replacement and within 3 days i had a brand new light fitted hassle free, after taking it for a test drive i decided i was happy and we both went inside to sit and go through the paperwork (service history, v5 ect..) Craig then handed me the keys and reassured me if their was anything i needed just give him a call and he would be happy to help i love the Nissan great car purchased from a great dealership but most importantly for me Craig genuinely wanted me to be happy with everything before driving away, this was a personal service it wasn't just about making a deal it was so much more, thanks See Cars Ltd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dale.

Bought my car from See Cars before Christmas, we were still in lockdown but Craig went out of his way to arrange getting my car to me. Found the service to be honest, friendly, and much more personable than previous experiences elsewhere. I bought a car from craig 3 months ago. I thought id leave the review after the 3 months warranty period, so i could give an honest review of the whole experience instead of just the sales side of things. But in all honesty the only reason i bought the car from him was because of all his good reviews. And this one wont be any different. Firstly the car was reasonably priced, hence why i enquired about it in the first place. Craig was as honest about the car as he could be, lets be honest were all human and dont know every single thing about a car that has literally just landed through the door. He wasnt pushy and one thing i did like was the fact he left me alone to go round the car for as long as i needed. Everything i pointed out was addressed and a pleasant deal was made. He arranged the finance for me on a low interest deal. During the 3 months i had a few small bits go wrong with the car in that time and Craig has been outstanding. Replied to messages and phone calls fast. Luckily im a mechanic myself so we had a deal of him supplying the parts and i fitted them. So to end the review. Dont hesitate to purchase your next car through Craig. I would certainly recommend people to him and i would definitely do business with him again. Thank you craig

I rang See Cars on a recommendation and spoke to Craig about the possibility of purchasing a cheap car till my settlement came through. Unfortunately due to lockdown Craig informed me he wasnt open for viewings, but he could bring me a car to view without obligation, he said he had took a car in part exchange that he could let me have for a good price. When I saw the car it was as Craig had described, and was exactly what I wanted. I felt under no pressure and was amazed at how little Craig wanted for the car!!!! I bought a car from here almost 3 years ago, and unfortunately I’ve had to say goodbye to it as I’ve bought something else, however the Citroen I had was fantastic and barely cost me a penny. In the first month I had it there was a significant oil leak which sadly stained my driveway (cleaned now), but the owner of the dealership was very apologetic and booked it in for repair almost immediately and it was all done in the same day. Just want to say a warm thank you for 3 years of great motoring joy, smaller dealers often get a bad reputation but this place is run by lovely staff and sell quality cars.

Excellent customer service as soon as we arrived to look at a car we had seen on the internet from Gemma Craig's assistant. We booked in for a test drive the next day and again received excellent service from Gemma again (who offered us a cup of tea) to Craig. On test driving the car they let us take the car out by ourselves so we could get used to the car and for the price the car was in excellent condition - a lot better than another car we had seen the day before which was £500 more than this one. Craig was so friendly and was not pushy at all and we felt such at ease buying from him. Really pleased with the car and it runs like a dream, had a slight problem with the electric window switch on collecting the car but Craig said straightaway he would deal with it and he has. My experience of used car sales has not been good. However, Craig at Seecars has changed all that. He has proved to be a honest and genuine guy who wants to provide the best possible service for his customers. In January I bought a ford s max from Seecars. It was very reasonably priced and in excellent condition. Over the next 4 weeks I had a couple of minor issues with it. I contacted Craig and he was quick to respond to the faults, both of which couldn't have been predicted. He arranged for me to have the work carried out at my local garage and promptly arranged payment with them. This lead to a very stress free situation. I expressed a concern regarding the vehicle which was investigated and resolved, at no expense to myself. MOT also completed when not due to ensure the vehicle is as good as can be - can't ask for better service than that.
