Purchased a used Clio for my daughter from Richard at Stenson Farm car sales today 13/8/22. Very pleased with both the car and the service from Richard. I feel very positive about the whole experience. The car was well presented and came with a 3 month warranty, MOT and had been serviced- all for a good price. Would recommend and be happy to buy from him again.

I am so happy with the service I have received from Richard at Stenson farm car sales!! The customer service is definitely at the forefront of this business! A little background, I suffer from agoraphobia and don’t travel out of my small town, so viewing a vehicle is difficult. But not with stenson farm car sales. They brought the car to my home for me to have a test drive and look over the car. At no expensive to myself! Now to me that is fantastic customer service! I received my new vehicle yesterday and what can I say? It’s truly fantastic! No issues, 3 month warranty and it was delivered to my home address for an extremely small fee! I felt the process from test drive to receiving my new car was smooth, quick and thoughtfully done! I am so please and will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

I bought my car back in October when there were two people working at this place - Justin and Richard. I purchased the car from Justin and unfortunately had a lot of issues with the car pretty much straight away, which all but one I ended up paying to fix myself, costing several £100s. After all that another issue with the car arose so I left a negative review. Richard got in contact and let me know that Justin no longer worked there and although he wasn't the one to sell me the car, he offered to help me get the problem fixed. He arranged for my car to be taken to the garage where the problem was identified and we are now in the process of getting it fixed. Richard has been really lovely to deal with, he communicates well and he clearly cares about his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Richard and I know that he would go above and beyond to solve any problems that might arise.
