We thought that we weren’t able to have the car that we’d ordered but due to a cancellation Tim Spencer offered us first refusal and we’re so pleased! I cannot fault Stratstone Mini Derby. They are always professional and nothing is too much effort. After my car was received from another dealer it was found to have a fault. The service department and technicians completed the work quickly and ensured it was done to the highest of standards. Technicians rarely get the credit the deserve as they are always are in the background but the company wouldn’t work smoothly without them. I wouldn’t trust any other technicians to work on my car! The sales department were helpful and I was kept informed about my car from purchase to collection. I will definitely recommend Stratstone Mini Derby to friends and family.

First class service from my initial enquiry to collecting my new Mini Cooper S Convertible. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jessica Flower, she was amazing. I was kept up to date with my order. There was a slight delay on my car order by 3 weeks and Jessica was aware that my lease car was being returned, she arranged a complimentary loan car which was also a convertible so I could sample it and make the best of the weather. When I collected my car with my extremely excited 10 year old son, Jessica have him his own key ring and even a red mini basketball cap to match the colour of my new mini. I love my shiny new mini, but the process of buying it from Stratstone was stressful - I had to chase for updates frequently, no phonecalls back when I'd been promised an update and they didn't give me the V5C documentation so I wasn't able to tax the car. Having changed brands a few years back I wanted to return to BMW (Mini)and had started to look on Carwow for a new Countryman. I also contacted Stratstone Deby Mini to arrange a test drive as they’re were closer and also gave them the opportunity to quote for the deal too. To my surprise they beat all Carwow quotes that I had received and were more generous on the trade in so I ordered the car. Having then gone in to Tier 3 I was concerned that I would have a delay in getting the car but all worked out well. I had previously been a Stratstone customer and was very impressed by the customer service I received from the team in Derby. Even with all the COVID restrictions the showroom was well presented and although a little quieter than usual it was a great experience. A particular shout or to Natalie Hawk who supported my order and carried it through to delivery. Natalie was great, really friendly, patient and professional throughout.

Picked up our new MINI Cooper 5 door hatch today 😎. Really happy with the car and the way it was prepared for us. We were SO well looked after by Tom Jordan. Customer service was excellent. Tom was great throughout the process - made us feel really special and didn’t try and ‘sell’ us a car, he just helped us buy one. He made sure the whole process was really easy and fun and proactively kept us informed with updates and photos as the pre-delivery preparation was underway.
