Really pleased with my purchase from Target Cars Derby, arrived for a viewing on a Sunday, the gentleman holding down the fort that day was very helpful in assisting with my look around the car and taking on a test drive. Once happy with the vehicle he was very helpful in undertaking the paperwork, payment and getting me on my way the same day!

I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with Target Cars in Derby... but I'm in Surrey. Not a problem. The moment I spoke to Jason at Target, I had complete trust and built a really good rapport. No pushiness, no tricks. He sent a video via WhatsApp that was so clear, it was like I was there. Within a day and a short call, finance was set-up, a delivery date agreed and everything went to plan exactly - Damian who delivered the car was just as professional and full of compliments for the company and his colleagues. I wouldn't 'just' recommend Target Cars - I'd advise talking to them first before you look anywhere else. I will next time. Fantastic experience - keep up the great work.

My husband travelled over 2 hours to collect our new car, upon returning home there was a small software issue (unknown to Kevin as it only flagged up after driving a long distance) which was sorted straight away and we could arrange for it to be done locally at our closest Land Rover specialist garage. As we all know buying and selling a car can be a very stressful experience, however Target Cars take all the stress out of it, certainly in my experience. I advertised my car on a well know auction site and Kevin from Target made me an offer which I accepted and organised collection the next day, which was no mean feat considering the acceptance was at 4pm and I live in Perth, Scotland. Next day I met Kevin's colleague Damian who gave the car a once over and explained how the process worked, after 10 minutes the funds were in my bank account. I bought a 2016 Citroen Grand Picasso from Kevin a couple months ago. The car was bought sight unseen, but we discussed everything over the phone and went ahead with the deal. Kevin sorted out everything with the finance company and delivery very quickly and within a week the car was mine 👍 Unfortunately we had a few teasing problems, but Kevin was straight onto everything, arranged each issue to be fixed by a local business of my choosing and covered the cost off each issue. Considering how hard I know he had been working due to covid lockdown, running at very low staffing levels, he went above and beyond to resolve them all. I can’t recommend Kevin and Lee enough. I went for a test drive and Lee was friendly and not pushy like most and answered any questions. Yes, there’s no fancy showroom and 20 salesmen waiting to help you, but that’s one of the reasons their cars are priced very competitively. I was looking to buy a Nissan Qashqai and saw the model I wanted at Target Cars on the Autotrader. When I called them to enquire if it was still available, I spoke with Jason and explained that I lived nearly 200 miles away so would be buying without test driving. I also gave him details of the vehicle I was wanting to use as a part ex. He called me back shortly afterwards with a price and that was it, deal done. I collected the car a few days later and got the full part ex price initially offered. When I returned home, I noticed that the two rear tyres had little tread left so I contacted Jason and Target Cars agreed to pay for two new ones the following day. I've just bought another car from Target Cars. They didnt actually have the car i wanted on their forecourt as i wanted a specific automatic diesel 4x4 but they said if i gave them time they' find what I was after. 4 days later they rung to say they'd found one !!! I paid a deposit and they bought a 2013 sportage from a main dealer and got it delivered. Only a week later and I've got what I wanted I'm so pleased it was so easy and I it was a great price too. Without a doubt the best experience we have ever had whilst buying a car, from the moment max answered his phone when he hadnt even left his house for work, to the car being ready and waiting for us parked rite outside the office, we knew this was where we wanted to buy our new car. Max really couldn't have done any more, he spent 4 hours with us as we had a tricky case on our hands and im sure other dealers would have given up but he was determined that we would be driving away our new little pocket rocket that same day.
