HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..... What a great experience. 10.30am on the morning Jason Fisher phoned me from Top Deals 4 Wheels and offered me the full price i was selling my car for. They came and collected the car the same day and the guys that collected was really good and easy to talk to. After they inspected the car they phoned Jason and the money was in my account within a minute. The offer that they made on the phone in the morning they put in to my account without lowering it as this is what other companies do. Highly recommend this company if selling your car. Much better offer than all the others and very quick payment.

I was very pleased with the service and communication I received from the point of first contact. Henry was clear, courteous and informative in explaining how the process worked and was attentive in maintaining contact with me. Similarly, Adam was friendly, reassuring and detailed in his assessment of the car to the point of sale and made me feel the best deal for the car was achieved. Payment was secure, immediate and to satisfaction. All round an efficient and seller friendly procedure which was smoothed by the agents I dealt with. The price haggling at point of collection was the only slight negative but not unexpected in the circumstances.

Adam and Steven arrived at my home today, after I agreed to let them view a Vauxhall Mokka following a phone call from Henry. I had agreed to store the car in my garage and sell it for my son who had emigrated to Spain this morning. I warmed to Adam's likeable honest charm straight away and found Steven to be a friendly young man, both of whom had come to check out whether the vehicle was worth the asking price and to report back to the dealer who was interested in buying it. After a couple of hours the deal was done, paperwork dealt with and the money transferred to my son's account within 5 minutes of agreeing the price. All in all an enjoyable experience, no hard sell, haggling or feelings of regret having agreed to the viewing. I thoroughly recommend this company. Honesty and integrity runs through their veins and I would definitely deal with them again. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family who are thinking of selling a car. Why bother with time wasters and hard-nosed wheeler dealers, when friendly chaps like Adam, Steven and Henry are around. Thank you gentlemen.

Very fast response to original request for quotation (which was important as I needed a quick sale for my father who was not well and did not want to renew the insurance). Pick up was straightforward and professional. Communications were very good. We did have some negotiation on price but for legitimate defects and we were happy with the final outcome. I have recently used this company after advertising my car on Auto Trader. My first contact was with a chap called Henry Constant and he was both polite and helpful. I didn't get that aggressive salesy approach which would have put me off. Henry explained everything, made me an offer and then arranged for Adam and his young colleague to drive to Wolverhampton to view the car. Again these two guys were so polite and not only explained things clearly but took full control of the transaction which was most reassuring. Adam then showed me the transaction was complete to settle my PCP and job done. This organisation is most professional and I would recommend them to folk out there who like me have always been rather apprehensive when dealing with Car Sales people.

This car buying service were amazing at the beginning of the process responded to all of my E-mails within minutes sometimes even seconds and offered me a fair price. Unfortunately I decided to not go ahead with the sale in the end and there were a few issues around the return of my deposit so make sure you check all the terms and conditions thoroughly but Craig got this sorted for me quickly through a few Facebook messages so overall we have resolved this issue now. I have no doubt if you go through with the sale you will be happy!
