5 star experience all around, bought my Golf GTE from Suki and it’s been a total pleasure. All contact was polite and professional, I requested extra images of the car which were provided and we came to a deal very quickly to include delivery as I could not come and collect the car before I needed it as my old car was being returned mid week. The Golf arrived on the day it was due and it came very clean, with everything advertised, both keys, both charge cables and it is in fantastic shape. Suki has kept me updated over progress over the V5, and the the refund owed after the delivery. The car also came freshly serviced and all warranty details arrived over email. I would not hesitate to recommend, I felt personally looked after and like my custom was valued too, which is not something you get with larger dealers and the price I paid for the car was very keen as well.

I honestly can't recommend this company enough for the genuinity and honesty from start to finish! Suki is outstanding we had some small minor blips with the car and i can't fault the way he dealt with and fixed issues instantly even now a few weeks on no problems helping us and dealing with anything. Fantastic dealership with really good stock. I purchased a BMW from here today and couldn't be happier. I was met by a very friendly man named Suki. He let me have a good look around the car and left me to it. There was no pressure applied at any point and made me and partner feel very comfortable. The car is superb and I couldn't be happier. Got a 3 month warranty which is really reassuring but have confidence that it won't be needed. I would highly recommend buying from here if you like one of their cars you see online. Have had the pleasure of buying a car from used car click Purchased a Peugeot 208 from suki lovely man who is a pleasure to do business with. I recently purchased a BMW from Suki at Used Car Click. Great service from the start, always kept in touch with prior to collecting the car. After several weeks of ownership I did have couple of problems with the car, but it is a high mileage vehicle. I called Suki, who was very accomodating. He just asked me to drop the car off, and they didn't question anything. The issues have been sorted without any problems under their warranty. Best car buying experience I've had, if you need a car/van Suki is your man. Nicely priced cars, made ready for you, with quality customer service. From the first call, all the way though from the initial visit, paying and aftercare Suki assisted me and had my car made ready to take away happy. On the MOT it was picked up that I need offside shock, no problem sorted. Its was noticed lower arms could do with changing, no problem sorted. I bought a 11 plate polo for 3k from here. Non stop issues with it and I’ve spent months and £££‘s from new bushes to drop links, exhaust and a remap as they sold it to me with a MOT but no DPF previous owner hadn’t looked after it and ran extremely poorly the only positive to this ordeal was the man who dealt with me who will remain unnamed to keep him out of any trouble but he was fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful otherwise double check the cars you are buying from here I’m not going to say it’s all bad because of one car I could’ve just been the unlucky one but do keep it in mind is all.

Went to look at 2 cars, Suki was busy when we arrived so he he gave us the keys and just left us to it, no pressure at all as it happened neither of the cars were what we wanted, however we spotted another one which we bought, Suki couldn't have been more helpful while being relaxed and friendly in his manner throughout, he told us the car would be serviced and have a full mot prior to collection and it was, a small hiccup surrounding warranty which he sorted quickly post collection. Bought a great vw polo, put deposit down a week later picked car up, its been faultless. Bought a car in February during lockdown. Car had a few issues when viewed, mostly due to being stood for a while. Also was unable to test drive, however I was assured the car would be in great condition when collected with full service, MOT and 3 month warranty. The salesman (Suki) recorded everything on the order form and when I collected it all issues were sorted. The car has had a couple of minor age/mileage related issues since collection, but one phone call and they take the car back in and sort it all out. Can't be any fairer than that. So far a good buying experience, and very happy with the car. A refreshing change from main dealers who try to fleece you with their add-ons, insurances and up sells. Would definitely consider using again for another car.

Thanks to all, mercedes had a few problems like engine management light on all fixed prior to purchase. On the last week of warrenty air con packed up and engine light came on again.
