In detail, John visited my property on the same day to inspect the car and provide a quote. He was upfront in terms of options and packages and this was extremely helpful, especially because I was quite particular in what I wanted and the level of machine polish needed to get the desired finish prior to applying the ceramic coating.
He booked the car in over a weekend to help meet the timescales I needed. He has since done a follow up valet and I will continue to use the mobile service he provides.
Overall great value and will continue to use, and even apply the ceramic coating to my next car as well as recommend to friends and family. Thanks for all the work and your patience.
