Very pleased with my visit to Askern road garage, was met by Grant who simply gave me the keys and walked away to let me look around the car with no sales pressure....took it for a test drive alone...well pleased. The audio system then failed a couple of weeks later(one of those unexpected things) in which he sorted promptly and was even happier than me to fix the problem. Would definitely use again and advise anyone to use this garage for a peaceful buying experience....top bloke 👍

Great no pressure sales. We arrived late and salesman waited for us and let us test drive the car. Had a fault within 3 months which they paid repair bill for with no hassle - excellent after sales service. Would highly recommend for used car sales.

Went to a view a car today and ended up leaving with it! Honest advert of condition of car, no pressure selling, allowed us to look around and go for a test drive at our own will. Very impressed with communication from start to finish, especially impressive considering COVID and Christmas holidays. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease, this was the first time I have bought a car - Bryn even helped me get the tax sorted so I could drive away today. A very lovely experience, couldn't recommend enough. Thank you!!! :)

Didn't even bother haggling as the ar was such a good price anyway. Took it back a week or so later as there were some 'niggles'. The guys got their mechanics to sort immediately. That was 10 weeks ago and the car is faultless, as was Askern Road Garage.

Highly recommend them! I bought my first car, a Hyundai i10, from here just under 2 weeks ago and it's fantastic. Great price, great condition, I can't fault it. Nothing was too much trouble and it really made the experience of buying a first car a good one. They also go above and beyond if you have any issues! The battery on my car had been dodgy, died, and needed replacing at the end of last week; I messaged them and they said they'd replace it no problem, just let them know how much it costs and they'll refund me (which they did very promptly). Overall a fantastic service and very knowledgeable and friendly people. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a look!

Bought my first car from Bryn a couple of weeks ago. Great fast friendly service. Slight issue with the car after driving away was resolved, no issues. The negative reviews lower on the list seem unfounded. I've since used the workshop for my partners mot and also great service. Would recommend to anybody in the local area or further a field

Recently bought my car from here and my first experience using this dealer was easy enough and straightforward especially considering I collected it during a lockdown period(by prior arrangement) Bryn arranged to meet us there on a Sunday morning to view and test drive,there was no pressure and we were left to look around it in our own time. Collection was just as hassle free, arranged a collection time and Bryn sorted transferring the V5 and applying for the tax etc efficiently whilst I was there. Only had the car for a week so far and apart from needing to replace the rear wiper blade(it was almost non existent) and parcel shelf clips (none there at all to attach to the strings) it appears to be a good buy. Both of these very minor issues were actually spotted by us when viewing so we bought knowing about these. To be fair though,in my opinion you can't expect 100% on a used car that's a few years old so we haven't minded sorting them. The car has done average miles for it's age,has fairly tidy bodywork,runs without any added noises.Mine was up for very a similar price to the same age and model advertised on forecourts elsewhere so upon checking we haven't paid anymore for it than we should have either :-)

Honest old school dealer who takes an effort to engage with his customers. Communication was great and service second to none, would definitely recomend. I had a fantastic experience dealing with this company from start to finish. The car I bought was exactly as described A week down the line the touch screen on my head unit wouldn't come, I called Bryn straight away told me to take it to a local auto electrician who quickly told me it was a after market head unit, the quy emailed Bryn a quote to have it replace at a cost of £500 Bryn agreed to this without hesitation. I found Bryn professional and polite and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone..I'd certainly deal with this company again to. 👍

Brought my daughter here to buy a car, Met by the owner of the garage who was polite and friendly No pressure selling, just allowed us to browse. we ended up buying a Toyota Aygo. Had the car 3 weeks now, no problems, They also have a service bay and MOT bay I have had my car in for service and MOT again excellent service. Thanks guys Keep up the good work.

Bought a BMW X3 from Askern Road Garage back in August. Have to be honest and say I was a little hesistant to spend the kind of money I did from here as it was by quite a margin the top priced car they had on sale. I needn't had worried as the car has been a dream so far. Comms was good, and let us have a good look and drive of the car in our own time. Picked me up from the car rental garage 30 mins away to collect also. All paperwork arrived promptly and was shown all HPI checks,history etc while viewing car. Was also at least £1000 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Great find

Went car shopping with some friends. Salesman was full of charm and had her driving and feeling good about a family-size car. It developed a fault shortly after sale but they sorted it without a fuss. Vehicle servicing is a separate business, MOTs are very cheap.
