If you are looking for a car call Graham ! No nonsense, no sales pitch, just an honest guy who tells you how it is. Within 1 hour of speaking he took the time to do a personal video showing us the car. In a 3 minute video he covered every question we had. No disrespect to younger “sales people” but times have changed, customers don’t want to be sold to. They want a person they can trust when buying the second biggest purchase after their house. Jamie Brassett & Ian Hillyard! The best service I've ever received from anyone let alone a car dealership.
Had been on the hunt for an RS5. Found one at Doncaster Audi and went to go and see it 5 days after putting a deposit down. I was treated so well when at the dealership having travelled from London. Jamie even gave me a lift back to the station after the test drive. Responsive at all times and they genuinely care about your experience & even after the sale they were in touch to see how I was getting on multiple times.
Having worked with West London Audi, Slough Audi, Reading Audi and Norwich Audi, DONCASTER IS THE ONLY PLACE I WANT TO GO BACK TO EVERY TIME.
i cant thank them enough, it goes beyond anything i expected.
Trust is a hard thing to find when looking for a car but if Doncaster Audi have a car you want BUY IT!! you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding service from manager David Glynn. Bought an s5 from Doncaster Audi that turned out to have a few faults. Sales associate Phil Reeves was great selling the car however had an attitude when I told him of my decision of returning the car as I no longer felt comfortable owning it due to the issues it had developed just after a day of owning it. The 5 stars is for David Glynn the manager who resolved my issue the same day and respected my decision to return the vehicle without trying to sell me on taking the car back. He processed my refund and even gave me a lift back to the station. He was professional, courteous and friendly throughout the whole experience. Much respect to David, he is a real asset to Doncaster Audi. Not to forget the lovely ladies at reception who made sure I was well looked after with refreshments etc. This experience has given me confidence to buy from them again, yes the vehicle I bought was faulty but these things do happen and its how people go about the problem that is important. Great service, however paperwork can sometimes get a little confused as you may end up with another customers paperwork! These mistakes can happen but its happened to me twice leaving me with two other customers details, including name and address. I hope my paperwork has not ended up in another customers hands. The mechanics know their stuff and do a great job, which is what counts in the end.

I recently purchased a used Audi a1 from Doncaster Audi and was happily surprised with the great service.
I found the vehicle online and from start to finish the dealership were great.
On our arrival we were met by Phil who already had the vehicle waiting for us ready to go on a test drive, we were given a decent route as well which included in town as well as a bit of the motorway.
We also added a few extras like wrapping the roof and painted allow wheels, which really transformed the vehicle.

Big thank you to Graham. Having earlier had a nightmare at the liverpool audi and poor experience of the Tamworth one I was about to call off purchasing a car. As a business owner it was refreshing to see how Graham conducted himself compared to the other audi dealerships staff. The highest compliment I can pay is that other audi dealship's could do with looking how graham and Doncaster conduct theirselves and try to emulate it. I paid a premium price for a premium car an the service reflected it from Graham and Doncaster. The car itself is fantastic - the best car I have ever driven. I felt I could really trust the team, and felt confident to purchase in a lockdown (without a test drive).
Mr Jack Robinson who I was dealing with sent me a great video of the car and kept me up to date with all developments.
A huge special thank you to Mr Ian Hillyard, without whom my experience would have been totally different. He is kind, personable, informative, and truly has redefined what good customer service is - going out of his way to accommodate me wherever possible. Second car I have had in 7 months after unfortunately writing off my first audi a3. The first experience I had was great, which is why i wanted to get my replacement from there. I was reluctant to go anywhere else. Second experience...even better! If that was possible. Kieran has been the best sales manager EVER. Determined is an understatement how much he wanted to find me a placement car. Graham was also very helpful. So much so i’d really struggle to go anywhere else in the future. Found me the car I wanted, no messing around when I said how much I wanted to pay a month, car had everything I asked for.
Better deal that expected, fuel in the car for me.. not to mention delivered to my door within 5 days. Anyone who goes to Doncaster Audi will not be disappointed I can promise you that. Best customer service I have experienced. See you in 3 years guys for my next one!!

This is the second new Audi I’ve bought from Audi Doncaster and on both occasions I’ve been lucky enough to be looked after by Kieran. He was great the first time around explaining everything thoroughly and helping me find the right car for me. I hadn’t had an Audi up to that point and was not disappointed by my choice. That was three years ago and on deciding to change vehicle when lockdown lifted, Kieran was only too happy to help. Again he helped me choose the right vehicle for me and nothing was too much trouble to him. The service at this garage is excellent and all the staff you meet are polite, friendly and professional in how they deal with you. Incredible experience from Josh and the team at Audi Doncaster. They had the car I wanted at a great price (so good that I bought from then rather than the dealership I work for). What stood out aside from the great price was Josh's patience whilst I arranged my own finance, then potentially needed the dealerships finance, then reverted back to a personal loan. At no point was Josh pushy for either option, but professional and understanding of my situation. Finally, above and beyond, Josh came in to hand over the vehicle on one of his few days off over Xmas. Unfortunately, I ended up being late to my appointment, Josh waited and didn't rush the handover process. Thanks to all the team that contributed to a very happy experience.

**However there were some issues along the way but I’ll explain why I gave 5 Stars below
I purchased an Approved Audi as a distance sale and never stepped foot in the dealership. The sale we agreed I was very happy with and felt the team had gone over and above what I was expecting and Mo was great to deal with. Always answered the phone and the odd time he didn’t he called back quickly.
**Sadly when the car was delivered it wasn’t to an Audi Approved standard and I reported this directly to the Head of Business, Graham. I was very worried I was going to end up extremely disappointed with the car as I felt it was my fault for not visiting the dealership and checking it first. So I was preparing to to give a 2 Star Review.
Graham immediately took ownership of the problem‘s highlighted, explained this car ‘slipped through the net’ with regards to the Approved checks and now implemented a process of where this won’t happen again. He rectified the issues in a timely manner keeping updated all the time and keeping me mobile in another A6.
He went over and above my expectations definitely and I’m blown away by how he handled the issue. 5 stars doesn’t reflect truly how we feel, it’s a shame there isn’t a 6 star option as this is what Graham and the team at Audi Doncaster deserve.
I’ve requested to have a call by the team to hopefully organise another purchase for my wife at the end of August. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone buying an Audi with the reassurance of an excellent Dealer Principal at the helm.
Every Dealership has issues and makes mistakes, but what makes an excellent Dealership stand out amongst the rest is how they handle the issues, turning a disappointed customer into an extremely happy customer.

Faultless. I bought my first 'proper' car through these late October 2020 and couldn't have asked for any better service. The dealership is spotless, the staff are friendly, the cars are immaculate and at no point did i even feel under pressure to buy. I dealt with a women called Joy and can not recommend her highly enough. The car i bought is perfect, but already i'm sure that in years to come when an upgrade is due, i will ask for Joy 100%. Due to when and how i bought it there was a few slight issues that couldn't be sorted before lockdown 2.0 but have all been sorted swiftly as soon as safely possible. Edit: when I purchased my car I was promised a full tank of fuel and an Audi umbrella. Despite numerous phone calls and emails neither has been forthcoming. Sad to say, another company whose after sale service doesn’t match up to their selling!
Edit 2: Wow! Have received my umbrella and an offer of the fuel. I do stand by my original review that this dealership are very good- even if they need a gentle nudge to fulfil their original promises. Thanks again! 😃

I bought the car from a distance, the first time I have done this. Kevin was good and communication was swift. I thought I got a good deal but, my only complaint is, I was told to buy a touch up pen for chips on the bonnet, this is poor as should have been done. The car valet was average rather than good. I also had to change the rear wiper as it was totally warped. On collection this annoyed me but, I was stuck as it was a 250 mile round trip. Lovely car, let done by silly things that should of been picked up.

I wasn't able to complete purchase of the car, and was told, when I spoke to Josh on 15th April, that I would get my reserve fee returned to me. I waited for the reserve to be returned but did not receive it, so I followed this up with him on 12th May.
First Update: Josh from Audi Doncaster contacted me and explained this had been a back office issue. I should be clear that Audi Doncaster are not the problem here, and I would be more than happy to recommend them - it seems to be a problem with the back office finance function at JCT600 HQ. Thanks to Josh at Audi Doncaster for all his help in trying to resolve this. Changing the rating to 4 stars pending successful return of the reserve fee. Thanks Josh!
Second Update: Have now received the refund as promised, Josh and the team at Audi Doncaster have gone out of their way to provide excellent service. Changing to 5 stars as they cannot be faulted for their efforts.

Bahle worked really well to get me the exact car that I wanted. I had very particular requirements in relation to colour and spec, and he sourced exactly what I had wanted, with some extra features. If you tell a prospective customer that the mileage of the trade-in car precludes it being retailed by JCT600, and thus limits the amount that could be offered, then it's galling (to put it mildly) for me to see the car being retailed by JCT600 at a 30% mark-up within a few days of the deal being concluded.
That's just being dishonest as an organisation, which is quite sad. It's also dumb in the age of the internet.

Having posted this review, Dave from the franchise called and explained the situation. To be clear, the service from Doncaster Audi was as good as you could possibly expect in the current pandemic-hindered environment. They were exposed and let down by the corporate side of JCT600 who well and truly dropped them in it. I'd have no hesitation in dealing with the team again, but I'd be very wary of the parent organisation !
