Bought a white vaxuhall zafia from this place and it's a brilliant car. When we went to view the car the company had just got it in had a few scratches which they sorted, The car looked like it just came out of the show room. If you're looking for a used car I would really recommend this place as the condition of the vehicles are spot on.

I Bought my car (volkswagon tiguan 2011) from here about 5 months ago. It's been absolutely brilliant, the service I received when buying this car was great. No pressure into buying anything and their very honest with you, reasonable price's too. I've have now bought 2 cars from DG Autos, very easy to browse the vehicles with no pressure to buy, staff always pleasant and very helpful with advice both during the Sale and after the sale too. Picked up my new car today. Was searching for a new car for ages and its the massive amount of positive reviews that made me decide to look at DG Autos.The whole process couldn't have been made any easier. Dave picked me up from the station then let me loose on the car on my own, let me test drive it on my own and take as much time as possible. DG Autos are a pleasure to deal with, and offer an excellent selection of quality second hand cars. I bought a 5 year old Polo with a very low mileage for my daughter, and she's delighted with it. We had it delivered to South Wales promptly and for a very reasonable charge. Great experience buying a car here. No pressure selling and all the staff were very friendly and easy going. Dave Holmes was outstanding, answering all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. After reading previous reviews about this car garage I decided to check it out for myself. I was needing to change my old car as it was diesel and I wasn't going the mileage to warrant a diesel car anymore. So Lonnie took the time out to sit with me and discuss which petrol cars would best suit me and still be big enough for my little family. Once I decided which car I liked, Lonnie then went out of his way to fine that perfect car for me. A few days later he found me the exact car for the right price, it was a higher spec than expected and had loads of added extras. I went into apply for finance, which took 10mins and was completely hassle free, the next morning Lonnie called to say I had passed on finance and my car would be ready at a time that suited me, with a full service, mot and vallet. I traded my old car in and Lonnie sorted all the paperwork out for me and took care of my outstanding finance. I also took a warranty out, as its all in house and there is no hidden extra costs involved, they will just sort it out themselves I won't need to go through 3rd parties (which will make it stress free), and they will even do one clutch replacement (fingers crossed I don't need it) but it's a piece of mind I don't need to worry about knowing they are taking complete ownership of my car. A couple of days later I noticed my passenger side mirror the housing unit was broken and it was wobbly, so I called Lonnie and explained the situation, he told me to fetch the car back and they would sort it out. I went back the mechanics were lovely, they took my car in fixed the housing unit and I was driving away with 20mins,no questions asked. I would totally recommend this car garage a 1000% Lonnie is such a gentleman, there was no pressure to buy, he goes out of his way to fine you the perfect car and they do everything for you. If you need a new car soon I would definitely recommend this car garage, best in South Yorkshire. I will definitely be coming back in a few yr's when am ready for a new car.

I put down a £50 deposit and traveled from Oxford to Doncaster to see the Golf I had high hopes for. Those hopes were met. I was kindly picked up from the train station and then I inspected it, and it's service history and it was fantastic. After driving it, it felt and drove like a brand new car, immaculate condition. Good job on honouring my deposit as multiple buyers came during the week with cash in hand to buy my car but they turned them down. I was unsure about whether I would need the 12 month warranty or not (this was before I drove the car). I paid it, and decided the next day after some thought that I didn't want it. That was promptly refunded. An honourable business. When I was there I saw that they sourced desirable cars that were well maintained at a fair price. They also have a garage next door where they can service and MOT vehicles. Mine was done putting more confidence in my purchase. I would be confident in purchasing a motor from them again. Recently bought an insignia VX LINE and could not have had any better service. Dave took care of the purchase from start to finish. Hassle free test drive, was given the keys and told to take it out alone and not to rush back. Upon agreeing a price, I was given a fair price on my part ex and all the bits I wanted doing on the insignia were done, no questions asked, including a new cam belt and water pump, which they photographed before and after for my reassurance. Could not recommend enough and most certainly will be returning in the future.

Well here comes in yet another 5 star review here for this car sales / service garage. In fact I think I was led here by the divine actually !! Haaaaaaa!... .....may sound strange I know but I had only seen the car on line and I instantly knew it was the right car and I bought it instantly and then went to see it. A big massive white top of the range Kia Sportage with a zillion extras in practically perfect condition and I think alot of car for the price . I think what goes on here is that you know these folks who really look after their vehicles but always buy another say every 3 years ..well I think this garage get those cars that have been really looked after by these habitual new car purchasers ....so lucky me eh ! Darren did all my paper work as anything like that drives me loony it really does and i have a private plate and it must be 19 years since i had to do the transfer myself and he did it all. The whole deal was all very smooth and efficiently processed . In fact i have had more fuss and stress buying a Hovis loaf ..ha! There was many other nice cars there too and Lonnie assured me that car was kept aside for me when I initially enquired. The car is going to be looked after there with servicing and MOTs and whatever else as I told Darren all I want to do is put fuel in... turn the key and drive listening to my music ...and as the years go by .....who knows another of these previously very well looked after cars like the one I have just purchased will be there and maybe catch my eye exactly like this one did for sure . Bit Like Magic Really !!!

So I stubbled upon DG Autos Doncaster while I was shopping for a car on auto trader which most people know is a long headache process! Both Lonnie and Dave where more than helpful friendly and made my buying process feel a real relaxed transition. I purchased a car from this place and I had to pull off the M18 because the tyre started loosing Air pressure due to broken air pressure sensor while driving home (Sheffield) after picking up the car. The I had to visit the garage for next 3-4 saturdays to get the Air pressure sensor fixed. The car came with 2 new budget tires on front and two old tires (with little life left) on the rear. The car came with a missing mud flap, Matt said he can't replace it as it needs lot of work, so I agreed. Though the garage tried to fix the issue, It's still not a good experience with all my visits to garage and commuting to work on public transport (due to poor public transport connectivity to work). With used cars some time it gets tricky, which is totally understandable. The mojor concern I have is the way DG Autos dealt with me. During all these visits I only felt welcoming once or twice. After my last visit, the car still reporting the issue after getting it fixed by Ford dealer. I reported it to DG Autos. After reading some ford user comments I re-inflated the tires after which the issue disappeared. I called DG autos following morning to tell the problem is resolved and I no longer bringing the car in, I wanted to speak to Matt because I wanted some suggestion on new tires on rear. I have been told Matt will be back in 1 hour and will return the call. After waiting hours I called in the evening to talk to Matt, but after hearing my voice Lonnie hung up. So I didn't get a chance to say the issue got resolved, may be they know after reading my review. I am totally unhappy and deeply hurt for the way DG Autos handle my case. Otherwise, the garage got a quality vehicles, so I still recommend the place, hoping mine is an odd case. Update: Received a call from Matthew and discussed regarding my concern.

This car dealer ship has been one of the best I’ve come across, the hard work and dedication they put into ensuring you are able to have your vehicle is just phenomenal! I went for a car this week and every hurdle has been thrown in the works and these guys have worked to the best of their ability’s to ensure I was able to have the car I wanted, although that this is their job they could of simply said righ this has happened so unfortunately you aren’t able to have the car.
