Extremely friendly and helpful, I had 2 previous nightmare dealers that knowingly let me drive off knowing the car was illegal to drive, so I was on maximum alert as I was not local, and the guy put up with the concerns I came up with and totally understood why I was so fearful of something going wrong, and he answered all my queries as best one could. I have my first 11 hour round trip tomorrow, the main need of the car as my daughter is expecting her 3rd child very soon, so we will see what happens with that, but so far it's looking good, my only hesitation is due to previous bad experiences, but nothing but good with this dealer, will add more as I get to grips with the car.

There was one slight glitch that took some communications to resolve but it got sorted.
