Fantastic experience with VW Doncaster and specifically salesman Wayne. Wayne was very straight forward throughout the process even pointing out any issues which already existed with the car before I made the travel (a few stone chips). I did have a couple of concerns after living with the car for a few days but the team at Doncaster were extremely helpful in ensuring I was ultimately happy with the car. Would recommend!

Great customer experience at Hayselden VW Doncaster. Went into the showroom on Monday looking at ID3s and came out on Thursday the same week with a brand new car, must be one of the quickest turnarounds ever! Franz our salesman provided a great service throughout, I said I liked the car in the showroom...and that's the one I got - at a price I was happy with. When I went to pick the car up Franz explained clearly how to operate the car and made sure I was OK with everything before I left. I even got a free VW phone connector. Thanks again - love it!

Bought a car from here blind VW used approved. Lewis was very accomodating as I would have to travel from London to collect the car. Ben showed me the car on arrival. Hayselden VW service dept Doncaster. My car was booked in for a front differential oil change. Polite, helpful on a few Q's I had regarding other service items. Car was taken onto the ramps on time and the work done within the given time frame (although this does allow 1.5 hours to drop the diff oil & refill!!). Thank you 😀

Another excellent visit to Hayselden vw doncaster. Im very pleased with all the staff I spoke with. After I rang the reception desk to query a noise from my front wheel, they booked me in the very nxt morning so they could have a look at it for me. Which I thought was excellent customer service. So when it came to dropping it off I went through the very clean and tidy showroom and spoke to a extremely pleasant receptionist. Who then had Phil Mason from the garage come n have a very easy going chat about the noise i could hear. I let them know that although I was leaving car with then, I needed the car back same day as I had work that evening . That was all fine n off I went home. I was expecting a call about a big bill to pay or that it had to be booked in for garage repairs at a later date.... I got a call at 2.30pm from Phil Mason , he told me the issue was a wheel bearing and that he already had the parts and the repair was underway and that it was going to be free as it was covered by an extended warranty!! Even better, it will be ready for me by 4pm. Fantastic. When I got the car back it had been washed and valeted aswell. I couldn't have had a better customer experience. Ring,book,drop off- diagnosed,repair-replace, valet-wash - pick up, pay nothing...all within 24hrs. 5 star all round. 👏👏👏👏👏 Thank you all at Hayselden VW, Doncaster .

Many of the cars aren't avaliable due to not being able to manufacture them to the demand. There's roughly a 6 month waiting list if the car you desire isn't available. Overall considering the times it's not VW fault, it's same all over. But it was particularly empty to usual. As always there's friendly staff willing to help and ask if you require assistance.

Bought an approved used VW Touareg over the phone and dealership was very helpful in getting it delivered hundred of miles away to South East London. Car presented very well on reception. Unfortunately 4 days into the ownership the car developed a fault and after an initial difficult exchange, the dealership was helpful in addressing the situation. As a result I managed to enjoy the benefits of the included one year roadside assistance which was faultless and will not be putting to the test the 2 year warranty.

Very busy garage. Good staff. Receptionists are great. Servicing are a little over worked at peak times so be patient and get free fresh ground coffee or soft drink. Repair costs are high. Car park can be to capacity most of the time. Watch out for the cycle lane when turning into and out off the business park.

Fantastic service from Hayselden Skoda in Doncaster. I was looking for a very specific spec level on an Octavia vRS and found what I was looking for on their website. Wayne Parker responded to my enquiry quickly and went on to send me a fantastic personal video of the car. This was great for me as I lived well over an hour away. Wayne gave me a great deal with a good price for my part exchange. Offered to take the car off sale with a small holding deposit subject to viewing but did this with no pressure at all. I bought a little black VW Up! From Hayselden used, after seeing it on autotrader for a while and it being the car I wanted. Daniel was absolutely amazing throughout, not your usual salesman, zero pressure and willing to help and able to answer every question I could throw his way. When I first enquired about the car, I was given all the information on it I could want including pictures of the service book and they even sent a personalized video to me by email of the actual car which was fantastic. I then organised a test drive for when I was available on a Sunday and the car was prepared to the standard of a brand new car, and anyone would be fooled into thinking it was, a rather nice feeling considering how much less it costs over a new model of the same specification. Once I had decided that it was the car for me, Daniel was able to work with me to find the best finance option despite my limited deposit (£50!) And was able to take my ancient rusty Ka in exchange which was a huge help. They MOT'd the car for me so it had a full 12 months and put it through a service so I didn't have to think about that too. When I went to pick up the car, it was fully valeted to perfection and came with every service book and manual including a VW folder, carry case for sat nav and they even threw in a luxury carpet set and data plug to connect my phone to the car with an app for free! 3 months down the line I'm happy to report that my little Up! Has been flawless without a single fault and everyone I know thinks I bought a brand new car until I tell them it is actually 3 years old, nobody believes how well kept it is! Overall I highly recommend this garage and if you want a damn good car buying experience, go for Daniel as he's absolutely fabulous.

The best skoda main dealer in yorkshire. Treat customers like one of the family. Whatever your needs are this place can meet it. John pickersgill service advisor is a good assett and is willing to take time to talk with and listen to what owners have to say. He is great under pressure and can deal with anything that gets thrown at him. Hannah the overall manager is lovely too and is good to deal with. The technicians are all first class and look after a customers car like it was thier own. New or used the sales team are good too. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a skoda. I own a 2011 plate fabia. Bought new and looked after by hayselden skoda. They offer a collection service if you are unable to take your vehicle in personally or will drop you at work. A courtesy car is free but you have too prebook it.
