Found this car on autotrader and my husband phoned and organised a visit that day. Viewed the car and fell in love, agreed on some work doing to it which they were more than happy to do and organised the work to completed that week and finance paperwork started and deposit left. Phoned to state it was ready and provided proof of completed work and completed the signing of the paperwork. I had children with me and the process was easy with fantastic customer service! I’ve had the car for a couple of months now and it’s absolutely faultless and very reliable car. Bought an Audi A3 from here two month ago. Car just passed its MOT with no issues and the car sales man even added 30 days free engine and gearbox warranty when I went to collect the day after which we didn't agree in before the sale so that was really nice of him and very professional place too.

Bought a Skoda Octavia from Kelham Street Cars in January- Malik was very friendly, honest and straightforward. The Skoda's running well and so hopefully won't need to replace for a while, but I'd definitely come back here if I needed to!

Purchased my Toyota Avensis T4 from here in March didnt receive my log books from dvla unsure if they were sent or that dvla taking the **** however was a easy fix in retreiving a new one from dvla.... The car, is excellent and hasn't let me down. Done a 350 mile round trip to Suffolk yesterday with no issues. Highly recommend and will be returning to see what's in stock in the future.
