C. S.Under the current restricted conditions it was actually easier to buy a car than normal, changing cars is a habit of mine. The sale team, Andrew Wilson, and his manger, Craig sorted the deal in 2 phone calls, unlike other dealers who like to 'time waste' getting to the deal. Outstanding service, could not fault, so if you need a Land Rover give Andrew a call.

During these uncertain times, I was a little nervous buying online as I have always bought from my local Land Rover dealer. However, the experience was great, Hayley Clarke, provided personalised videos and answered all my questions. No pushy sales, just great communication and very professional. The car is amazing, over the moon with the spec, has everything I need and more! I would definitely recommend this dealership and will certainly use again.

There were plenty of photos to look at and a video of both the interior and exterior. We bought the car to tow our large caravan, which it does with ease. The deployable tow ball is a very useful accessory and the hitch assist feature makes coupling with the caravan a dream. Internally, the luxury finish of this car and the impressive amount of extras makes the whole driving experience superb. We felt very safe during handover and Covid precautions were observed at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to use JCT600 again in the future. He was very helpful from the initial point of contact, promptly answering emails and phone calls about the details/history of the car. JCT600 dealership is not local to me so he emailed a personalised video of the specific areas of the car that I wanted to see before making a long journey to the showroom. Nathan picked me up from the railway station as part of the test drive and answered all my questions and explained the features of the car. Options fitted on the car were slightly different to advertised however JCT handled this well in terms of price adjustment. Experience in the showroom with paperwork was good even on a busy Friday afternoon when there a number of purchases were going on in parallel. So my thanks to Nathan and JCT600 for a great customer experience. The LR 2 year warranty looks comprehensive so we hope for 2 years (and more) of carefree enjoyment of our new family car.

We looked and built tge evoque to ger spec she wanted. I rang around and tried at our local dealer, explained, not a tyre kicker, will be ordering a car if the deal right. Well, to be honest, a good helpful salesman offering some advice through the build and the changes the wife kept making, but finally arrived at the right build, the right price and the right salesman. Ordered car.

P. B.Bought a used Landrover Discovery in Feb 2020. Went to collect it and noticed bad smell inside which I couldn't detect where coming from.
Vehicle ended up going it to have back seats removed and told carpet would be replaced so they may have car awhile as back seats had to come out and find source of smell.
I didn't get my vehicle back until end of July. Yes we had lockdown which made it longer and I understand out of there control.
I had no communication about what was going on and I had to keep ringing to find out.
When I did finally get my car back it smelt better and I was happy except a few issues which was sorted.
I asked the manager due to them having g my car and me not having had the vehicle I had lost 5mths approx of my 12mth Landrover warranty. Would it be extended. I was told they would see what they could do. Guess what...... ive had no reply from the manager and I call and funnily enough hes always busy and they will get him to call me. He never does.
Terrible service for what is supposedly a reputable company.

I would like to update this review. JCT600 LANDROVER, DONCASTER have replied to my concerns and given me a further 5mths extended warranty.
I am extremely happy with the outcome as I now have a warranty from actually been able to use the vehicle .
Thank you to Mr Hamilton who got in contact with me and did seem concerned about my issues.
Hopefully my issues was a blip and my further dealings with them as a customer in the future will be better.
Once again thank you for sorting my complaint with an amicable outcome.

P. S.I dealt with Jason Hargreaves when looking to buy a used Range Rover. We requested to view the vehicle at very short notice in which time a test drive was set up and all our questions were answered. We explored all the finance options so that we could make the best decision on purchase. I requested minor body marks/scratches to be repaired before delivery and to receive a detailed under body video to ascertain if there were any unseen issues. This was all done in a timely manner. Finally the vehicle was delivered without hesitation and on time over 150 miles from JCT. Our experience was very positive, responsive and the help and support from Jason was first class.

There was a minor problem with the vehicle which we reported about 6 days after taking receipt of the car and Steve arranged for us to bring the car in and get it fixed. Dropping the car off for the repair was also a five star experience with Faye Town who treated us like royalty from start to finish and found us a courtesy car to go home so we did not have to wait at the dealership. All the staff we encountered that day were friendly, courteous and helpful, including the lady at reception and the gentleman who performed the vehicles diagnostics. Thank you Land Rover Doncaster!

We called on a Sunday as we were passing and was greeted by Toseeb who showed us around a couple of Evoque's and explained the specs they had. We had in our own minds what the car had to have from the colour to the spec inside and outside. This limited the choice of cars and there was nothing currently within Doncaster's stock. True to his word on the Monday Toseeb started searching for our car and by the end of that day he rang to say he had located one and he would be arranging for it to come in on Tuesday.
