Hi, we bought our RR Sport Autobiography recently from JCT600 Land Rover, Doncaster. The sales agent Courtney and Sales manager Philip did a brilliant job in getting the sale through seamless. Particularly Courtney, when we asked to do few things for the vehicle in terms of paint, etc., she went an extra mile and arranged an appointment with their paint specialist, kept the vehicle for couple of days, sorted everything and dropped it at our place. Courtney also made the finance side of things very simple by taking every action at every step. Over all I would recommend JCT600 Land Rover, Doncaster. This is a very busy dealership on the service side and lacks communication to the customer at times.However they diagnosed my Range rovers problem quickly and ordered the parts. I dealt with Jason Hargreaves when looking to buy a used Range Rover. We requested to view the vehicle at very short notice in which time a test drive was set up and all our questions were answered. We explored all the finance options so that we could make the best decision on purchase. I requested minor body marks/scratches to be repaired before delivery and to receive a detailed under body video to ascertain if there were any unseen issues. This was all done in a timely manner. Finally the vehicle was delivered without hesitation and on time over 150 miles from JCT. Our experience was very positive, responsive and the help and support from Jason was first class.

We purchased our beautiful Range Rover Vogue Autobiography online, as we were returning to the UK from abroad and needed a vehicle on arrival. I have seldom witnessed such efficiency, professionalism and trustworthiness. Steve was extremely reassuring when we expressed our concerns about buying a car we had only seen online. He made sure the car was road ready and delivered directly to our front door on the day we requested. He also made sure that the wonderful rep who delivered the vehicle helped us to register it. There was a minor problem with the vehicle which we reported about 6 days after taking receipt of the car and Steve arranged for us to bring the car in and get it fixed. Dropping the car off for the repair was also a five star experience with Faye Town who treated us like royalty from start to finish and found us a courtesy car to go home so we did not have to wait at the dealership. All the staff we encountered that day were friendly, courteous and helpful, including the lady at reception and the gentleman who performed the vehicles diagnostics. Thank you Land Rover Doncaster!

I do not have enough good things to say about my experience with Steve! He was fantastic from start to finish! We have just bought a 21 Plate Evoque from JCT600 Land Rover at Doncaster. We called on a Sunday as we were passing and was greeted by Toseeb who showed us around a couple of Evoque's and explained the specs they had. We had in our own minds what the car had to have from the colour to the spec inside and outside. This limited the choice of cars and there was nothing currently within Doncaster's stock. True to his word on the Monday Toseeb started searching for our car and by the end of that day he rang to say he had located one and he would be arranging for it to come in on Tuesday. Bought a used Landrover Discovery in Feb 2020. Went to collect it and noticed bad smell inside which I couldn't detect where coming from. Vehicle ended up going it to have back seats removed and told carpet would be replaced so they may have car awhile as back seats had to come out and find source of smell. I didn't get my vehicle back until end of July. Yes we had lockdown which made it longer and I understand out of there control. I had no communication about what was going on and I had to keep ringing to find out. When I did finally get my car back it smelt better and I was happy except a few issues which was sorted. I asked the manager due to them having g my car and me not having had the vehicle I had lost 5mths approx of my 12mth Landrover warranty. Would it be extended. I was told they would see what they could do. Guess what...... ive had no reply from the manager and I call and funnily enough hes always busy and they will get him to call me. He never does. Terrible service for what is supposedly a reputable company. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ UPDATE 19th August 2020 I would like to update this review. JCT600 LANDROVER, DONCASTER have replied to my concerns and given me a further 5mths extended warranty. I am extremely happy with the outcome as I now have a warranty from actually been able to use the vehicle . Thank you to Mr Hamilton who got in contact with me and did seem concerned about my issues. Hopefully my issues was a blip and my further dealings with them as a customer in the future will be better. Once again thank you for sorting my complaint with an amicable outcome.
