How hard is it to look on a calendar and see what dates are available and book you in while your phone..
Upgraded this to a 3 star as I do feel they do a very good job once they have your van, also they are very friendly..
Also last couple of times I rang they dealt with my problem there and then… so please keep it up.
A. L.4th November 2021. On the morning it was due to go into Northside Trucks Doncaster for some manufacturer recall work, our Sprinter based Motorhome suffered a total electronic failure. Everything on the vehicle was dead.
After calling the Mercedes Emergency helpline, a breakdown technician from the Doncaster site arrived within 40 minutes and quickly diagnosed a failed EZS unit within 10 minutes. He also arranged for a recovery vehicle which arrived Within another 40 minutes and took our motorhome into Doncaster. What a professional team! Later in the day my wife and I went up to the Doncaster branch for a review of the problem where the EZS failure was confirmed by Service Manager Holly.
This was the good news, the bad news was that because of the Global shortage of CPU components, together with a fire at the manufacturing plant, it could be weeks or months before a replacement could be obtained. As it turned out, our motorhome was there for 8 weeks, during which time Holly, the Service Manager, and James the Service Agent kept us fully informed of progress. Holly even called us between Xmas and the New Year to let us know that the part had arrived and that work would start after the Xmas/New Year break. As promised we got the call a week later to say that work had been completed under warranty and that we could collect our Motorhome..
The service and support from Northside was absolutely brilliant, a credit to the company and to the staff.
I will definitely use them again.

Lindsey (being tenacious as she is) sorted out a long standing problem with Pro Connect on my van and made sure everything went smoothly with my service. She even kept me up to date by phone and email in the run up to getting said problem fixed. They put the rest of MB to shame and are a model of customer service. I couldnt recommend them more 😁😁😁

M.Not very busy, no customer waiting area now due to covid , ripoff merchants £ 135 to replace 4 bulbs and they refused to replace a fuse to get my radio working as it wasn't essential work as I didn't pre-book a slot, but they did tell me to come in when I called them and they would fix it, not very good customer service for charging extremely high prices.
