From the moment I arrived at the retailer on 28/06/2022 I could tell there was a very friendly feel around the place. I was greeted by the Sales Manager with whom I had been emailing previously. I was then shown the car that I had enquired about and took it for a test drive. From then on everything was professional but also very relaxed. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and arranged to call back on the 30/06/2022 to take collection of it. On the day I was to collect the car, all did not go too well for me as my friend who was taking me to the retailer broke down on route to picking me up. I spoke with Matthew at the retailer and he arranged for one of his staff to make the 80 mile round trip to pick me up and bring me to the retailer so as I could collect my car. I must make a special thanks to Matthew and Jonathan at Ringway Kia Doncaster for all the help and support that they provided to me. I would not hesitate to return here in the future and would highly recommend the service they provide to my friends and family. Thanks again.

Absolutely hopeless. Not a rush in the world, no phone call advising car was ready, we specified it needed to be ready for 2pm gone 2 30 by the time we got it back, hospital appointment was the time constraint. They are the dopiest set of people be it sales, service and even the manager. Sorry nice cars, staff need winding up.

I have recently purchased a used Kia Niro from Ringways Doncaster and the team were very helpful, friendly and provided an excellent service. Ahmet and Johnathan were fantastic from reserving the car, to test drive and purchase. I travelled from Preston and they kindly held the car for me and the checks done on the car were very thorough. The whole process was seamless and all the team were very approachable. I even received a video of the car the day before and upon arrival my name was also on the car - it’s these lovely little touches that make all the difference. Wow, great service as usual. This car company have been amazing throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Callum Burrows the salesman was always the perfect person for me. He treated me with total respect. Always went the extra mile. Explained things properly when I was unsure. With my illnesses I don't always understand whats being said and he was always happy to take his time. He even phoned me up to remind me about insurance bless him. He knows my memory isn't always good. I have used them for the last 3 car purchases and my daughter will now be using them. Ringways help us to get the right car to meet our needs for the next 3 years than hope get a new car we have a new Niro in blue lot people like the colour and the style and it's hybrid does over 50 miles to the gallon it's petrol not diesel. A lot of people from our bike club sat in the car like it we are very pleased we those this car and hope to buy another one in three years time. We are still getting use to it because it's a automated have driven a manual for over 43 years and diesels not petrol.

Can't fault the customer service but had to wait a few weeks to get a mutually convenient time slot with a 'while I wait' appointment. On the day car was done with a valet included within two hours. Waiting area with TV and drinks provided. Even received a short video on my phone soon after showing the car raised up in the service bay.

Robert is a no pressure salesman and is definitely a people person, he is friendly, has an amazing memory for personal detail and totally trustworthy. Good afternoon I have been dealing with a sales representative called nick lamb and a manger called Matthew there are fantastic dealer with people who have learning disabilities and make them feel very important and special the gentleman who I care for have had 3 different cars and the service representative and sales representative do not come close to Ringways at Doncaster and there even come to Sheffield to see us and we are having to brand new Kia Sportage GT line every one please go to these fantastic people who really cares and the other sales representative all sounds good as well keep up the good work guys well done

I have bought several new KIA Sportage' from here, all of which are serviced at the same location. Infact we are now a family of 4 Kia car owners. The last purchase included body and wheel insurance for a combined price of £1,598. DON'T have it. and DON'T let them include it. Trust me, it isn't worth the money. I have had a claim rejected that I could have put right 5 times for the money this superfluous insurance cost! BEWARE!!!!
