So I've bought a 2014 Audi A4 S Line Black addition and I'm very happy with my purchase. My sales rep Adrian Barr was very professional and very easy to deal with. He is very honest and open and I'll be honest he has made the sale of the car so easy. 10/10 ! Some sales reps could learn a thing or 2 from him. No BS or headache, exactly how it should be done 😁 I would recommend Riverside to anybody.

The service offered by Jim Murray was honest, no pressure and an such plain sailing especially for me who finds stuff like this generally stressful. I never normally write reviews but I had bought a car from Adi in February. It was an Audi A5 and I can’t lie the service was great. We drove from 3 hours away and Adi took care of everything before I even got there. He was extremely welcoming and nice. Although there was very little discount, I’d always prioritise the quality of service over money. In the future I will definitely be going back to Adi if they have another car I like. I did write this review 4 months later to see aftercare and it was also great. Got a follow up call from Adi a few weeks after buying the car and even spoke to Adi the other day about something with the car which was sorted out within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend.

Bought a second hand £26k Shogun from Riverside Doncaster. Salesman was Ash. Very good buying experience. They are a down to earth garage, and don't play mind games with the buying process (which nobody likes). All the info I was given over the phone was correct before viewing (which helps a lot!), and for the viewing I went over the car in detail, and was not rushed - it was brought into the workshop for me so I could inspect it better. Ash very helpful and knowledgeable. I spotted a couple of small scratches they had not spotted but then again I am very particular about my cars, and they said they would rectify where possible (I insisted polish out if possible but NO smart repair as in my opinion original paint with a small scratch is better). The test drive was comprehensive and not just "take it round the block". A bit advantage for me was they said they would deliver the car i.e. someone would drive the car to me, and drive my Px back - 140 miles each way! I'm a bit of a worrier and emailed Ash with loads of questions during the week before delivery to check on things I didn't check during the viewing (e.g. Is the jack with the car), plus checking if the scratches had come out - which he was 100% honest about - some did - some didn't. He responded quickly and with reassuring answers to anything I asked him. I can honestly say it was the easiest £26k I've ever spent - the car was right - the people were right - the process was right, and I would recommend them. The only slight negative was the interior valeting could have been improved - when we first viewed it the inside was not 100%, but Ash was on the case and when it was delivered it was spot on. Thank you Ash and Riverside.

Just bought a used car from here, could not have been easier. Full marks to Tim, Michael and Jason. Everything was completed on line and by phone, including taxing the car. The distance selling regs were explained including 14 day cooling off period and I got a 6 months warranty. To anyone in doubt about buying a used car, you can't go wrong at Riverside Mitsubishi. Further info. Had to take it back for a repair under warranty. There is a delay getting the part required so Michael has fixed me up with a great car until mine is fixed. Riverside customer care is way above what I had hoped for. 5 stars isn't enough to express my gratitude, they all deserve so much more. What a brilliant team.

The service I received off Riverside Mitsubishi was excellent and it was a very smooth and painless experience in purchasing my new Mitsubishi Outlander 5HS. Justin made the experience a smooth and pleasant time as sometimes purchasing a car can be stressful but in this case it wasn't. There was no need to wait in a showroom for up to 4hrs to get the deal completed and the explanations on the various insurances and services they offer was clear and concise. I have never seen so many Audi's, Mercedes and BMW's traded in. So that must tell you something. This is my third Mitsubishi and on the evidence of this they may be more.

10,02.2017 I was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander Phev 2016 in Orient Red . I found the car at the right spec at Riverside Doncaster , There were also a lot of models of various specifications available from this dealership I contacted Justin Carnell sales Executive who was extremely professional , and ran through the model and negotiated a very fair deal. I also wanted a tow bar and dog guard fitted, both of which were fitted within 2 days . Just pick up a new asx from here so easy to buy a car from mitsubishi donny nice guys good trade in on my old asx .the only think that let's them down is the site is to small and they have only have one fuel card they can only use at jet petrol station.So it took longer to get petrol in my car . And the car cleaning team need to take a bit more time on cleaning the inside of the cars they missed a few bits .and I can't believe u do not get a keyring when u get a new car off them .thanks guys.
