Picked up a 2019 cooper s a few days ago, car is perfect super happy with it. Bethany the sales woman was professional with a touch of informality all the way through the process, she met all our needs and went above and beyond to cater for us. No pushy sales tactics, didn't feel any pressure to actually buy the car. We showed up to our appointment and she left me and my girlfriend to it, we took the car out and had a good look around it. There were a few tiny issues which Bethany quickly had rectified for us, she knew all the answers to my many many questions. Unfortunately Bethany was busy with another customer when we were picking the car up so the head of sales Josh, again he was great and made us feel welcome and catered for, super friendly and we even had a few laughs. All together Doncaster Mini will be getting lots of praise from me when talking about my new car. Cant recommend then enough, the perfect place for all your Mini needs

I took delivery of a new Mini Cooper SE on 15 April 2022 which is my fourth Cooper S from Stratstone Mini Doncaster. This car is an absolute stunner both in appearance and performance. I never thought I would be lucky enough to own a vehicle like it. The lady who handled the sale, Courtney, was a credit to Stratstone. She demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the Cooper SE as well as an abundance of patience on the day of the handover. When I bought my first Cooper S in 2003 I stated that, for me, it would be Minis for ever. Well, nothing has changed!

After having my first Mini for 9 years, I felt ready to trade it in for a new one. Courtney helped me through the whole process. She was so friendly and down to earth and made me feel at ease about everything. She was always quick to answer my emails when I needed to query things and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I love my new Mini! Would definitely recommend Doncaster Stratstone and Courtney.

From the very start, Courtney and the staff at Mini were brilliant. Through no fault of theirs, we had to wait for our car five months longer than initially expected but Courtney managed our expectations throughout. She regularly updated us on the situation and went over and above to try and ensure our car was with us ASAP. On handover day, we brought our dog and were greeted at the door with a jar of treats and a bowl of fresh water for her. The handover was smooth and Courtney and her colleagues made the experience a luxury one - it definitely is a VIP experience! This is the fourth Mini we have purchased from Mini Doncaster and we won’t hesitate to visit again!

Great Service from Josh and Liam, no pressure at all, and we could have a 24h test drive on the Mini Electric. As the test drive car is different spec as one we are looking for, we could spend some time inside the higher spec car we are looking at, with children, at our leisure. We could even try car seats, etc… The reception area is comfortable and hot and cold drinks available, even for kids. Shame they don’t do Leasing, as PCP is expensive, for us, especially at the standard 6.9% that Mini/most dealers/brands are doing at the moment, as we have been doing leasing on last 2 cars. We would have liked to order the car from Stratstone Mini Doncaster due to the great service, if prices were more competitive compared to online lease company.

Rang today to enquire about a car that I had seen on the website. I spoke to a friendly and helpful lady called Staci.. She answered all my queries that I had, plus explained extras such as my new service plan that the company offer, which I have chosen to take out too. There was no pushiness to her, just good advice. Can’t wait to come and meet the sales team and pick up my new car on Friday! Very happy customer!

Just bought my 3rd mini, (second convertible) from Doncaster Stratstone, very pleased with the car. I have only had the car 1 day and had many compliments on the choice of colour and fabric seat combination. Courtney has struggled on with the delays, caused by no fault of Doncaster Stratstone, but convinced us to stay with it, which we did and are now glad. The handover from Courtney was so smooth and professional. I would recomend to my friends and family but I dont have to they just see the car.

Oh my goodness ! Visited Sratstone Mini Doncaster this morning for an upgrade to my mini and it was the best experience ever ! From walking in the door I was met by a lovely smiling member of staff (Chloe) who when she knew I had to travel 2 hours to get home got the service lads to work on my car while she sent me off for a coffee, what a star. When I got back the job was finished and Chloe even had car washed, While waiting and watching TV another member of staff came to check I was ok and offered to change tv channel for me. I am a bit critical of the service we get sometimes but my goodness can’t praise Stratstone mini Doncaster enough, they have got customer care sorted. I have been looking for a Mini Cooper S for quite some time. Due to the specification I wanted (which was almost impossible to find) I finally found this Mini. The only downside is that it was a 7-hour round trip for me. I initially made contact with Josh, who was extremely helpful, all the way through, I can’t express how easy the whole process was due to the easy communication with Josh (due to the hours I work - which made it more difficult). We agreed everything on paper, and was set for the trip. The intention was to drive up, part exchange my car, view the new car, test drive and if all went well, purchase the new car and drive back in that. That was exactly what happened. I was initially greeted with Beth and Lewis, who were both extremely helpful as well. There were a couple of marks I noticed on the car, they immediately got the service team round and they buffed out the small marks which made the car looks flawless. Everything was agreed in person, due to this I was able to collect and drive my dream car away. I cannot recommend Mini Doncaster enough, Josh, Beth and Lewis made the entire experience smooth and quick. A special mention to all of them for all their work on this.

The whole experience at Mini Doncaster was first class. They aren’t my local dealer in fact some 3 hrs away. We have previously purchased 2 new minis from our local dealer and for the third one we choose Mini Doncaster, who were worlds away from the competition and don’t worth the travel to collect. My first point of contact had left shortly after we committed but the switch to a new equally professional member of the team was seamless. Good buying and service experience, only down side was when I collected my new used car, it had been wash, not polished not hoovered out, and within 2 days the cars tyre pressure warning system activated. I would suggest these were not checked at the dealership.

Alway bring my wife’s mini here for serving!!!! Hannah and Thomas have always been very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody. There were lovely reception staff but the sales staff almost seemed like they didn't care if you were thinking of buying or not. It was made clear that unless you said you were buying something specific that day then the sales staff weren't really very interested in giving you good service. The area was neat and tidy, inside was clean and we were offered a drink. Just a shame about some of the staff's attitude which made me look elsewhere in the end.

Purchased a used car (non-mini) which was in excellent condition. Building is as you'd expect for Mini and Beth, our sales person, was polite and friendly. At no point we're we pushed or pressured into making a purchase. Only downside is lack of customer parking onsite. We found it incredibly difficult to get a parking space in the car park on our first visit, but second visit was a little easier. Would highly recommend this place.
