Very efficient and business-like process of disposing my car. The guy in the place was very polite and transparent. Yes, they reduced my valuation slightly for a couple of scratches but I was prepared for that and I didn't think it was excessive. I would have given five stars if they had mentioned the transaction fee of £60 more prominently in the several communications they sent me prior to the appointment. I now see it is mentioned in the terms and conditions they had sent but I do think they should be a bit more up-front about it.

Asolutely fantastic company. Very easy to do business with. In less than 30 mins I had sold my car and whilst on my way home I noticed the money had been put in my bank. So from getting there it took 1 hour to sell and receive the money. Brilliant.

Alexandru who processed my car was excellent,friendly and professional explaining the process and giving me the best price for my car,given that it had a few scratches, paint chips and dent. The whole process took less that 45 minutes and monies are paid into my bank in a few days (there are options to have it payed on quicker) I would recommend using this company.😊

Very quick and simple process. You don't really get what your vehicle is worth but you do save all the hassle selling it and dealing with tire kickers, oh and all "them" lot that call up and offer you £300 cash for a car your selling for £1100.
