Collected our new car today from Darren. As per usual 5 star service. This is out 5th new car purchase from the guys at Dacia and Darren & Scott. We wouldn't go any where else. The guys are fantastic and give an amazing service. So happy to be driving away in our new car with thanks to the guys at Macklin Motors. You were all awesome as usual.

Our experience when we went to pick up our car was made as easy as possible, we were met at the door and dealt with immediately in a polite and friendly manner. The paperwork was ready and dealt with efficiently making it quite a quick process.

I have purchased a Duster SE Extreme from this garage and dealt with Darren Abbot this gentleman knows his stuff regarding my new Duster it is a nice car inside and out.Drives and handles like a more expensive make.Dacia have come along way. I'm now waiting for my husbands brand new Dacia Prestige that's due to come very soon. Mr Abbot has kept myself fully in the loop I really didn't have to do anything Darren Abbot dealt with everything from taxing/insuring/private plate on for pick up.He went through all controls set up Bluetooth I did nothing. 2nd Time dealing with Darren and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and deal with him. Thanks Scott for sorting the issues below. Advised Sat nav in the car. This is not the case. Was charged for Diamond brite but told it would be free as I specified I didn't want it as an extra. I took the car home on a dark evening and there was still a sticker on the window screen with the cars key number on it. Car mats on back order even though the car was ordered in May 2022. Customer call backs were never honoured. I always had to call back. Thanks Scott
