Saw Fiat 500 on Parker’s website, read the reviews & put down a deposit without first seeing the car physically. Was very impressed with the service via phone & when we collected the car. Didn’t want to take a full payment until we had seen the car. So small deposit was taken. Would highly recommend this garage & would have no hesitation in buying another car from them.

I bought a car at a very competitive price. Unfortunately there was an unforeseen mechanical issue with it soon after I collected it. Stephen offered a months warranty which I can verify is genuine. He went out of his way to ensure I had a courtesy car while mine was fixed, his communication was excellent and he paid for the issue to be sorted, the car is now runnng perfectly and i am delighted. We decided to pay a visit and really struggled to decide what car to purchase, they were all in very good condition with low mileage. Once we picked a car it was no problem to take for a test drive, there was no pressure to buy. Stephen was a joy to do business with. He was very friendly and honest as a business man and he is very clearly a well experienced car dealer. We got an amazing used car that was in pristine condition for a really great price. It came with 12 months MOT and 12 month AA roadside cover. The MOT failed the first time however, Stephen fixed everything free of charge and had it pass the day after we agreed to purchase! From our initial appointment to owning the car, Stephen turned things around within 3 days despite being very busy. Highly recommend!
