Despite hearing lots of negative comments about the selling process it was straightforward and fair. The guy we dealt with put us at ease, explained the whole process fully and fairly evaluated the car (albeit it was mint so no £ was taken off the initial offer other than the admin fee). He was really good as the "face" of the company. My only gripe was the payment process. Instant payment over £15K is not available and that is not explained anywhere in the blurb. Payment due tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Despite what I had heard about WBAC I found the whole process simple and easy to complete. Kevin, the manager at Dunfermline branch, called me to ensure I knew what to bring with me document wise. When I arrived Kevin welcomed me, told me what was going to happen. Then he began the assessment, telling me how the marking process worked. He then had a look at the V5, my proof of identity and the vehicle service record. And that was that. He showed me the offer figure which was not what I wanted but was better than I expected. The sale was agreed and the money will be in my bank account in a few days. Kevin is very professional and in my opinion very good at his job. He explained everything in a clear and precise way. I think it was his attitude towards me as a customer which made the whole process go so smoothly. If you are thinking of selling your car it is worth considering WBAC.

Good freindly place at least the guy I dealt with was. Fair evaluation and honest but the system for reviewing slightly older cars needs some changes made - Stone chips slight marks etc are going to be on most cars 10-15 years old. All in all kept my car but the person we dealt with was pleasent and honest.

Very very picky when examining the car. 2 tiny spots on the front Bumper and Wing and a wee Mark on the rear bumper at Hatch.. Initially took £324 off, but gave back £30. All in all, not Too bad, dropped £250 off original valuation, which included the fee.
