Very helpful staff. I had a problem with my key so popped in on a Saturday on the off chance someone could help. The salesman was straight onto it and Stewart the owner came over to help too. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and showed me the workaround which will do until I pop back to get new batteries when the stores are open. This is why I am on my fourth Skoda Fabia. Thanks chaps.

You will struggle to find a franchised dealer with more friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is no pushy sales techniques and Stuart, Brian, Kris et al know there stuff and are open to all questions. You are also guaranteed an honest answer which I have isn’t always forthcoming with other franchised dealers (particularly those who make their franchised logo more prevalent than their own company names as not to deter potential customers) parking can be an issue unfortunately and you may have to park outside one of of the other franchises. However, you will only be a couple of minutes of walking to get to the door at best.

I've been using this Skoda dealer for the last 4 years and highly recommend them for both sales and service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always do their best to help. The servicing costs are on par with other garages with the added benefit of a 12 month warranty on all works carried out.

Certainly glad we did, staff are friendly and helpful and, in our case anyway, this helped to create a feeling of "family". We bought a 2012 skoda yeti so of course I then looked online at other deals available. This confirmed that we got a good deal financially.
