B. T. T.I deliver vans and ambulances here. I have to say, all the staff are great. Never had a problem with any delivery I have made here. Good clean showroom and the staff are always helpful.
G.2nd time in last few years dealing with Donnelly Group Dungannon, excellent knowledge and advice by Stephen from initial phone call to driving out of forecourt in purchased electric car. After sales service from previous experience is excellent which is why I returned.
B. H.I purchased an Audi A6 from Donnelly's and had an excellent experience overall. Stephen, the sales exec who looked after me, was very friendly, helpful and responsive, both before and after purchase.
I travelled up from South to view and test the car. But before that, since it was a long journey, I asked Stephen to go through any marks or issues to be aware of, he was probably even more picky than I was when I inspected the car.
Once deal was done, lockdown restrictions came into place, but thankfully they arranged delivery for me so I didn't have to travel all the way up again (for an agreed reasonable price that I was happy with).
And they've kept in touch since, making sure everything was ok, and responding, pretty much immediately, to any questions.
I'd highly recommend them if you are buying a car.
