Having just bought a 12 month old Mitsubishi we drove from South Shields to Croxdale Mitsubishi as this was the closest service dealer to us. Gary at the front desk was very polite and helpful throughout. We needed to purchase a spare wheel kit, and we also had a problem with the rear view mirror. I had accidently pulled the mirror from the main housing and it was left hanging in mid-air, making it virtually useless for viewing. Three people had tried previously to restore the mirror to its rightful position - and failed. All weekend I had visions of having to pay quite a lot for the repair due to the complications of re-fitting it. Whilst I was placing the order for the spare wheel kit Gary asked Aidan to look at it for us. Although he had never fitted this type of mirror before he had this one refitted back where it belonged in minutes. What a relief. A massive thank you to Aidan. Both Gary and Aidan are a credit to the company. So glad we chose to visit Croxdale Mitsubishi. Pencilled in to have all our services done here from now on.

Michael Beattie listened to our needs for the vehicle and recommended the Mitsubishi Eclipse 3, which has proved to be an excellent choice! I had a car taken in to Croxdale mitsubishi for warranty repair to be carried out during the time the vehicle was with this dealership I found the service to be excellent from the start Rachel on the serice desk was nice and friendly and very helpful she kept me informed by telephone call on the progress of the car and how things were going with the repair i also found justen to be likewise justen did his best at all times to solve the problem with car as quickly as possible and i found him very professional I would have no hesitation in using Croxdale mitsubishi in the future I believe I've had a good customer experience so thanks again Rachel and justen for all your kind help and support.

Mitsubishi dealer in the Durham area. After Oakleys ceased to be the local dealer some 18 months or so ago I thought I'd be travelling to Darlo or Newcastle when my engine warning light came on ... luckily was passing through Croxdale and noticed that Citroen and Subaru dealer had taken on another marque in Mitsubishi. So popped in to see if they could help. AMAZING. Fitted me in same day in fact almost within the hour for diagnostic checks and fixed the fault within 2 hours at a price which surprised me in a very nice way, free refreshments offered and a comfortable seating area with TV to pass the time as I waited. Very helpful and friendly staff and first class service, they even washed the car for me as part of the service (and it was filthy before hand) I've a feeling I'll be using Croxdale for as long as I own the Mitsubishi from now on.
