Today my visit to Kia Durham Stoneacres was a very worthwhile experience. Having bought a Demonstration model of a Kia Picanto on line from Kia Chester, Cheshire meant that I had not benefitted from the usual detailed showroom viewing one would expect. The Owner's Handbook was full of technical jargon which had me scratching my head. Richard in the Brandon branch came to my rescue today. What ever technical question I asked, he had the answer, and I felt 100% satisfied that I could leave knowing how to enjoy the full benefit of my new car with all its up to date devices.
