Honda are a recognised and well respected company. The salesman Ian was very helpful in assisting my wife and I with any queries or questions concerning specific models. Ian was not pushy or determined to bag a sale but displayed a friendly and professional manner. We are looking to change cars within the next month so will definitely consider Honda following this visit.

Got to say the staff were very pleasant and the price I got for my car as a trade-in was very decent BUT it was let down by the fact I spent £19,000 on a car that was a matter of 3-4 weeks away from needing a service so now i'm having to spend another £190 on a service so soon after buying the car - would it have hurt to have given it a service before I collected since it had done 9350 miles since the previous one - I noticed by accident it went over the service increment and Im not sure now if the £600 warranty I purchased will now be valid and my email about the matter was never replied to? Disappointing

Very happy with my dealership experience. I had a very specific objective to achieve with my deal, and was impressed by Sam and the team who listened and understood. They were never pushy, and progressed the conversation to a satisfactory conclusion. There was a technical issue with my new Jazz, which the technical team picked up at the pre delivery inspection. I was informed that a part was needed, and that I would be kept informed of progress. This delayed the handover by a few days, but presented no problem to me. Car was immaculate inside and out, and petrol topped up with plenty of fuel to get me back home to Manchester. Based on my personal experience, I have no hesitation is recommending Vertu Honda Durham for anyone wanting a professional & fair purchasing experience.

Friendly staff who were happy for you to have a good look round showroom. Actual buying process seemed to take an age and salesman removed car care package from invoice when asked to as there was only one product we needed. They were also going to charge £599 for the servicing package that was in fact free as part of a Honda promotional offer. Very happy with purchase (previous Honda owner for 12 years) but really disappointed that no mats were supplied as a goodwill gesture - vehicle traded in had 5 out of 6 mats left in pristine condition.

I am a big fan of Honda, as the cars are so reliable. I had my CRV for 10 years and the only thing that went wrong was a faulty battery. I bought a Jazz in February and I love it! The rear passenger seats lift up, so my elderly dog can step in easily. It's got a good sized boot. The buying process was very straightforward. The salesman was lovely to deal with: friendly; not pushy at all; very knowledgeable; and when I went to collect the car he made sure that I knew how to use the various functions on the dashboard. From start to finish, it was a 5 star service, thank you Vertu Honda Durham!
