Sean Brown and team are great at Cramlington. Not had a bad experience here yet, having used sales, parts and service. Everyone is great. Plenty of cars on site, as well as VW rent a car. Used cars are in great condition and clean when put onto the pitch, none of the 'new in awaiting preparation' antics you find at another local dealership chain. Onto our third vehicle from Pulman (was Silbury). Being privately run is a huge bonus, and you can really tell they genuinely care about their customers. Whether it's Durham, Cramlington or Sunderland sites for VW, Skoda or Seat, you'll be looked after IMO.

Love the car but not so happy with the aftercare. I had to return the car to the garage to get minor damage fixed as it hadn't been done on collection (I live 70 miles an hour and quarter drive away) . I was told they would buy me lunch and to give them the receipts, the money has never appeared in my bank account and 7 months on I'm still waiting for sill protectors to be sent to me and I've lost count of how often I've chased these. Be sure you're happy with your purchase before parting with your money

Great buying experience. I hadn't bought a new car for a long time, but the sales team at Pulman made it very easy and straightforward - professional, not pushy, and quickly matching other deals I had found. The car has run perfectly from day 1, so I haven't often had a reason to go back, but the first service was done very quickly and efficiently while I waited (in a comfortable environment with free coffee!). In my admittedly brief experience, the staff all seem very polite and friendly.

Updated post 20/10/19. You never really know what a company is like until an issue needs addressing. After a few days we became aware of a few issues with the car. We contacted James and a way forward was immediately identified and agreed. We could not have been more impressed and happier with how and the helpful and timely manner in which all of the issues have been sorted. We cannot recommend Pulman highly enough. Thanks to James, Ian and the workshop for all their efforts. Original post. Wanted to thank James Thomas for all of his efforts over the last 10 days or so on our behalf. Even though the sales process took place over a long distance (we live in Shropshire) the company and James in particular were impeccable in their transparency and helpfulness which was very much appreciated. Also very helpful was your excellent delivery to our door saving us the long return journey to pick up the car. James said on a couple of occasions that the car (a 66reg 2l Diesel 4x4 Yeti L+K) was excellent and "as it should be". It arrived beautifully prepped with all minor blemishes etc remedied. Having now had the opportunity to have a couple of longish journeys James was absolutely right - the car has actually exceeded our expectations (although it already needs a wash☹️!) So all we would like to say is thank you very much. We could not recommend Pulman highly enough - and James's personal contribution to that recommendation could not be overstated.

Only my first visit as I usually frequent my local branch in Newcastle. Well situated, just off the A1. Beautiful, enormous showroom compared to Lookers! Staff were helpful without being intrusive. Spoke to a young lady who knew her stuff and knew where to find out when she didn't (a sign of honesty). Got my heart set on on a Kodiaq. Will I get it here at Pulman's? Based on today's experience, most probably! I just hope the service department is as good. Will let you know.

Had a tyre pressure warning and happened to be nearby. Popped in to get it checked just for a bit of extra peace of mind and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Quick and didn't charge us a penny. They even offered us complimentary coffee while we waited.

Easy to get to. Very smart and bright appearance. Usually very easy to park - not always possible at some car dealers. Friendly staff and efficient service. There is an on site cafe where hot and cold drinks as well as hot and cold food are available. Delicious and tempting aroma as you walk through the showroom door.

After suffering a nasty road traffic accident and being left in a position where we needed to buy a car, we popped into this garage and we’re met by Stuart Pawley. I had been looking for a Superb Sportline for a few months and wanted to show my wife a Sportline in the flesh. We were staying at the Premier Inn hotel just across the road so thought let's go for a look. We were welcomed by Stuart and he showed us a lovely example of a Sportline. On looking at the price I said it would be over our budget. Surprisingly when doing the figures it wasn't. Stuart wasn't pushy but was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great with our kids too. There was a error on the mileage on the car that I had committed to buy. I ended up not getting the car as it was a slightly higher mileage than advertised. I was given my deposit back in full as soon as they realised there had been a mistake. Pullman Skoda Management team got involved and are currently looking into getting me an alternative. The sales manager has been very helpful in doing this. Other than the mileage issue which was a general admin error on the advert the service has been good.

Visited Skoda for the first time with my 2011 used Octavia for an MOT. Great service and I will continue to use garage for the following reasons -Great communication. They texted me when car was ready. -Lead in time to get car booked in was only a couple days -Required parts 2x new tyres fitted quickly -Mechanic showed me a video of the car which was texted to me. -I was given options for tyres and I was happy that pricing was competitive. -Staff very welcoming. I was offered tea and coffee and lady went through the work done afterwards. -Car was also washed and vac’d to a high standard. If I had the money to buy a new car I would go here without a doubt. I will be returning to get my services done here. It’s comparable to Audi. Thanks all @ Skoda!

I had a Skoda Superb for 6 years. Every single time i have been at this dealership they have done the service and dropped me off and picked me up no problem BUT 3 out of 3 times they have forgotten to set the service indicator back and i had to revisit ... not great Updated to 3 stars they have contacted me within1 hour after review .. good customer support HOWEVER i have to emphasize every time my car was in for a service the service interval indicator have not been reset so i had to make an extra visit after every service to rectify that ...

We were met by a young lady at reception who asked if she could help us . We had a appointment with Roger . She explained he would be 5 minutes and offered us a tea or coffee. We gladly obliged and she took us over to his desk then brought us our beverages. Roger arrived soon after . He introduced himself and told us about the Skoda partnership . I.E customer service , car collection for services etc , range of cars , types and transmission etc . We more or less knew what we wanted but we're torn between two models of the Octavia .(My partner had been into the garage a several times asking questions so we could discuss it at home ).The hatch or estate . He went out side and said he would pull them up side by side so we could compare . He explained the differences between the hatch and estate, both had their plus points . We quickly made up our minds and decided to go for the quartz grey . That is until we saw the maple brown. It was gorgeous and different .He checked the availability . It would be a a January delivery straight off the production line . That was ideal as I had a changeover date of 15th January . He did the necessary paperwork , I'm disabled so it's a mobility car ,and sorted out the payment .On completion he explained if we had any questions in the meantime not to hesitate to get in touch . He even told us his days off and upcoming holidays. In a nutshell the visit to Pullman Skoda was a very pleasant one and at no stage was there the usual forced sales pitch . Well done Roger . We look forward to the new year and our new car .

Great personalised service, from Skoda assistance when my Skoda Fabia broke down on A1 after accidental damage. They made sure I was safely transported to pick up a courtesy car & towed my car to Pullman Skoda for repair!
