The dealership itself is fantastic. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, open and honest throughout. The whole process was made very easy to take the a new car out on a PCP and trade in our old one. Special thanks to James, Jack & Richard Word of warning though. After you purchase a car expect numerous calls from the Stoneacre head office trying to push all sorts of different insurances etc to get you to spend more money with them. These sales calls are often quite patronising and pushy.

If I could give more stars, I would. I have been done over a few times in the past by very shady car dealerships and more or less assumed everyone was just out to get me. Fair to say I was wrong! I picked up my new Kia Proceed Shooting Brake from Stoneacre Durham today (27/05/21) and I couldn’t be happier. I reached out to Jack a few weeks ago as my existing lease was due to expire and he very quickly identified the best options based on my requirements, gave me a lease quote that got me to where I wanted to be from a spend perspective and to my amazement told me I could have it within 10 days after being told by my existing lease company it would be upwards of 18 weeks for delivery! First class service from start to finish and additional thanks go to Anthony and Richie who dealt with me in the dealership for the handover today. Very efficient and highly recommended!

Bought a car from here a few months ago. Visited the showroom saw the car had a test drive (alone) which makes all the difference. Was dealt with by the two James’ who are both great, no pressure etc. great way to do business. They try and force sell any additional products. Best place I have ever bought a car from. (Had a fair few cars) Only annoying thing is that stoneacre repeatedly ring to try and sell you things afterwards, often leaving incoherent voicemails. (These people are not based in the Brandon showroom) so no negativity towards them.

I have just returned from exchanging my Kia contract hire car for a new Soul EV, also on contract hire from Kia. The team, Anthony, Jack and Richie, got me the best monthly deal and were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable as they explained the workings of the electric vehicle and how to get the best from it. I chose to go electric and stay with Kia as, having spent some time looking at reviews, the vehicles had the best range at the best price. I feel like I have come away - just as I did 3 years ago with the original vehicle - having been treated very fairly and knowing I am in good hands. Not only have I got a vehicle I really wanted at an attractive monthly rate, they also managed to get me a registration plate that seemed almost personalised with my initials and the initials of my business. I was also allowed to hand over my previous contract hire car over a year early with no added charges.

Unfortunately my car in for a service and MOT failed it's MOT and needs work done under warranty trouble is as is usual they don't keep spare parts in the workshop so I now have no car they say I might get it at the end of this week they will let me know when the part is in but one time I had to have work done under warranty it was over two weeks before I saw my car again so I feel in limbo wondering how long it will take.

Very friendly and helpful staff but far, far to expensive. I know you pay a lot more at the dealer but their prices are extortionate. A BMW dealer is cheaper then them. After 5 hours of diagnostics at £84 per hour, the found the crank shaft sensor faulty. Costed me over £1000 and it wasn't the sensor. Now it was the high pressure fuel pump. Would cost me another £5900 on top of the £1000. Elsewhere they quoted roughly £2000. Their sales department cleverly called me that they will pay the £1000 if we buy a car through them. After all this we wrote the car off and bought a different car elsewhere. When I went to pay my first bill it was all of a sudden about £150 cheaper. Like I said. Very friendly staff but extortionate prices. Won't be taking my car their again unless I have no other choice.

Took my Leon FR into Stoneacre Durham for a Gold Service and MOT today. Customer service was exceptional from Chelsey. She was very warm and welcoming from the start. Very patient whilst I waited for my insurance documents to load and then allowed me to call my provider when there was an issue. Very thorough, as she identified that I would not be insured if I was wasn't fully comprehensive on cars other than my own. This is something that a previous Stoneacre garage employee had failed to identify during my previous Services. Could have been very costly! Thankfully, she no longer works for the company. Was kept up-to-date by Jessica, via e-mail. Took about four hours from the time I took it in, and was promptly advised the results. I then returned to collect the car and was served by Beth, who again, had an exceptional attitude. These employees seem to know to treat people like humans, rather than just any other customer. Extremely personable and pleasant. Was a delight to receive such great service, especially as my previous experiences with a certain employee had been far from the best. Thank you for restoring my faith in Stoneacre today.

I took out a deal with Stoneacre Kia Durham. Kia Sorento 13 reg with 39000 miles on board and picked the car 10 days ago. I negotiated the deal all in phone from Peterborough and all was set and Car was ready to pick up. From enquering and answering my questions Steve Payne was brilliant.
