G. P.Bought my car in December 2021, every time I have came to Durham Toyota I have always been looked after, staff are great, very helpful, sales rep was Paul Dring when I got my car, anybody needs a car - Durham Toyota is the one and ask for Paul

A.I put diesel in my petrol car at the garage right next door to the showroom, i did not start the car, I went round to the showroom and explained to James Sales manager what I had he done, he quickly sorted the recovery of my car and got it round to the garage quickly. Sarah in service sorted the removal of the fuel and flushing of the tank and fuel pipes, they did this even though they were busy, they went above & beyond im really grateful to them and their team for ghe swift action taken, car is running fine thanks to them, excellent customer service.

R. C.I recently bought a Hyundai Ix35 from Lancaster Toyota Durham. I was very impressed with their professionalism and was not pestered with any pushy sales tactics or after sales as I was at other dealerships I inquired with with.
I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted the company via the live chat feature which was followed up by a call from their MS about my part exchange and what I wanted for it. They send a video of the vehicle which was handy.
I picked up the vehicle last Saturday and very happy with my experience with Lancaster Toyota Durham. The car was ready for me on the forecourt when I arrived and after a seamless completion of paper work I was able to drive away within the hour as had a 3 hour drive back to the north west.
Car was in an excellent condition and would definitely consider buying from them again in the future and would recommend to anyone

B. D.The standard of customer care is not determined by the name of the company but by the calibre of its staff. I have just used this service department for the first time but have experience of several other Toyota sites. I can say the customer care at Durham is of the highest standard - there was a genuine interest from all the staff as I waited for the work to be carried out. Courtesy, efficiency, friendliness and politeness seemed just natural and complemented efficient and good quality workmanship on my car. I will definitely return for servicing and new car purchase. One of the very best Toyota dealerships I've dealt with.

T. F.Car was a good price and everything is as it says. Runs great. Customer service and communication was poor but there was a hand over of my purchase between staff as the original staff member fell ill and it coincided with 2 bank holidays. Also a mix up with delivery date for which they've apologised.
Found an old half eaten muffin in the pocket on the back of the passenger seat.
People seemed nice and helpful and I hope this was just a one off. I'm happy with the purchase but lots of little mistakes.
