Nissan Elgrand 51 series 2, 2.5 Highway Star. Excellent service from Dave and Paul throughout. Paul let us take out a converted van on an unaccompanied test drive. We chose to go for a new conversion so that the internal colour scheme was our choice, we also asked for a slightly modified design for the conversion which Paul was happy to accommodate. Paul also offered some good advice based on his experience of conversions. Paul kept us updated on progress, sent some photos to show progress and didn't mind us popping in to have a look. I wanted an LPG conversion done before I took ownership. They recommended a person to do it and worked with him to do what was needed. We picked up the van on 23/12/21 on a very wet and dreary day, Paul had left the vehicle inside so we could inspect it without getting soaked. Very happy.

Very helpful and friendly from going to look and choose a vehicle to picking our vehicle up. We had a short window of time between purchasing our Toyota Vellfire to when we required the vehicle for just under 2 weeks! As we were going away for two weeks the guys did all the checks etc and had a new radio and screen fitted for us and also a new mph clock fitted. Just recently took delivery of a 2006 nossan elgrand highway star. I honestly cannot fault the service, from dave and the team at vine place. Through the whole process was kept in the loop with my van being prepped and with a few extras that I was keen to have done. The van arrived in immaculate condition for a 16 yer old van, I was met by Karl who spent plenty of time going through all the features of the car even after a 5hour drive, also told me that he noticed an ever so slight wheel wobble which is being sorted this week with the parts sent down next day and garage work being paid for!! All in all I really cannot fault the service with vine place, and the work that is carried out on these vehicles as you see on the forums is an absolute must!!

I recently bought a Nissan Elgrand from Vine Place. Dave was a pleasure to deal with - I was kept up to date throughout the process and to say I was pleased with the van when it arrived is an understatement. What has impressed me even more though is the after sales service. It's easy for people in the car trade to be pleasant and easy to deal with when you're buying from them but often where it falls apart is what happens after they have your money. I've had a couple of minor issues since I bought the van, things that weren't even picked up by my mechanic when he initially inspected the van but that do need rectified. A quick call to Dave to explain and an agreement made to resolve the issues right away. That's what separates the good from the excellent as far as customer service goes. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend, or to buy from Vine Place again. Absolutely first class.

I Selected a Car from Vine Place in November and due to Covid and delays in shipping due to A shortage of Containers coming out of Japan I have just received my Nissan Elgrand Espresso To say this is a 2008 Van with 65,000 miles on the Clock, the Condition is more akin to a 2019 vehicle, and it drives like a Van with half the mileage, the leather interior is immaculate with no signs of wear, All the Staff were Friendly with a great deal of knowledge, and Thanks to Dave for keeping in touch whilst I waited for it, can fully recommend this place if you are serious about buying a quality Nissan Elgrand

Absolutely beautiful car and realistic promises We were looking for a good example of a Toyota Alphard Hybrid and I had a list of cars to visit all around the country. Better than expected Although Vine Place had no control over Covid, my vehicle was only delayed by a couple of weeks. The communication between Dave and ourselves was constant, updating us on the progress. The vehicle was delivered and it matched Dave’s description and more! Because of the Covid situation, I had to order my car sight unseen and pay a deposit, which I was assured would be fully refunded should the car not be as advertised, and preparation time would be about six weeks. Well the time slowly crawled around and eventually I was informed the car was ready for inspection. Wow! It was so pristine and immaculately presented it literally took my breath away. Discs tyres battery....... All new .Engine fully serviced .Toyota alphard for Upholstery and carpets and trim expertly cleaned. In short the whole vehicle was way beyond my expectations Dave, the proprietor kept me informed of the progress, and was, frankly a pleasure to do business with. NISSAN ELGRAND E51 XL From first communication to Karl delivering our Elgrand, everything about Vine Place has been exemplary. Dave walked us through purchasing (online purchase without viewing the car), kept us updated as to vehicle arriving in UK, provision of video upon UK arrival, progress with DVLA and final delivery. Throughout they have went above and beyond to communicate, source, prepare and deliver an exemplary vehicle. Upon delivery, Karl could not have been more helpful, fully explaining vehicle controls, offering test drive, insisting on running through operation of all systems and making sure we were happy with vehicle. Karl fully ran through all paperwork (including comprehensive vehicle checklist of service parts and checks that Vine Place had carried out which, in my experience, puts collection of a new car from a manufacturer's dealer to shame) and warranty and insisted that if we had any problems whatsoever or required further information we call Vine Place immediately. We were initially naturally somewhat apprehensive purchasing a vehicle sight unseen but Dave assured us that if we had any problems or did not like the vehicle for any reason they would immediately refund deposit no questions asked. The information provided and the preparation work carried out by Vine Place, in tandem with online reviews and recommendations from Elgrand forums, assuaged our fears. I could not recommend Vine Place any more highly and would urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to place them first on the list. I can't give the staff at Vine Place enough praise. I initially chose to go there based upon the wealth of positive feedback they get on the Elgrand forums and I'm so glad that I did. I was welcomed by Carl who knows his cars inside out and was happy to answer all of my questions. I took one of the vehicles out for a test drive and I was hooked by the time I got back. There was no pressure to buy at all and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I subsequently found a suitable Elgrand on their website and secured it with a small refundable deposit. Dave kept me well informed throughout the whole process and very promptly answered any questions I asked. I've never bought an imported vehicle before and I was a little apprehensive but I really didn't need to be. Vine Place are a professional outfit and it's obvious that they care about their customers. They also go the extra mile with the preparation of the vehicles for UK driving, by addressing catalytic converter issues that a lot of sellers probably wouldn't even inform you about. Remote Purchase Couldn't Be Happier I've been looking for an Elgrand for about 3 months now, I have owned three previous so I know exactly what I am looking for and also all the things to look out for. Having already spotted 3 Elgrands online and subsequent viewings proved really bad I was really unsure about buying unseen from vine place. Dave was great, my initial enquiry was answered and a great conversation about retro fitting a screen made much more sense than working around the old tech that'l come with the Elgrand. So I took the plunge, paid the £200 delivery fee and within a few days the car srrived., Along with all the paperwork and in fantastic condition. It's clear that they import a lot of Elgrands as the quality is really high and the import stuff they do is great, some examples - all my brake pads were changed, my other Elgrands had to get them changed within a few weeks of getting them, not so much the money but the time it saves. Undersealing done, rear cats sorted, the fog light is not a bolt on, one side of the existing light cluster is used and the switch is nice, small detail but important. Two new tires, filters changed, I could go on. Can I just say all round a fantastic experience and Alan is a character, great to talk to. Thanks Brian and Alan, my next purchase will be from you, and I will recommend you to everyone I talk to about the Elgrand.

I recently purchased a car from Vine Place, my dealings were with Dave. We had a phone chat and every question I asked him was met with a detailed informative response, which I found very reassuring. Future correspondence was via email, which I requested and Dave responded to my email in good time. The vehicle I purchased was delivered to my home, I checked it over and test drove it - all was to my satisfaction, so I paid via BACs and the car was then mine to enjoy. All went smoothly. I've had a small niggle with the car, which I fed back to Dave and he got straight on to the case of resolving the small issue. Overall, I'm impressed with Vine Place/Dave's way of running an automobile sales business, his professionalism was prominent from the moment I contacted him to my receiving the car I purchased. Despite this Dave remained in touch and even offered to return my deposit if I didn't want to wait. Because of Dave's informed knowledge of the cars he imports and sells and his trustworthy approach I didn't have a problem in waiting. The Elgrand was well worth waiting for. From my first enquiry with Dave, through to vehicle delivery (around 900 mile round trip) by Carl and Hope, each step was professional and courteous. I put a deposit on an elgrand on Jan 29th..it was in Japan..through no fault of vine place , it took 2 months to arrive..Suez blockage etc...then it was prepped really well...cats, underseal, bodywork, brakes, front bushes, tyres,service, mot...a long list the majority of places wouldn't do to a 15 year old van...then DVLA decided to be awkward so it took them 12 weeks to register.!!!!!! I received it on July 8th...a long wait but worth it..me and the wife and dog are very happy with it...they took it back to fit a new AC pump which they said was noisy...I didn't have a clue... Every time I e mailed Dave he replied same day or at the latest next day...great professional service..I would recommend them to any one....
