Went in to look a Seat Leon Cupra after having visited other garages but after speaking with Josh Rooney who couldn’t do enough and offering the highest trade in price it was a no brainer and the car was reserved then purchased after 2 days as the service and offer here was second to none Josh also took time to do my registration retention and on returning to get plates fitted it was done and dusted in 1/2 hour I honestly can’t give him enough praise so regardless of which car your after speak to Josh cheers

Fanastic experience at Arnold Clark, dealing with the legend Garry Turner, could not do enough for me. I came over from Ireland to buy a car, and the whole experience was seamless. Garry was in constant touch by email, and arranged a lift to the garage, as I had no car and had never been to Scotland. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. For some reason the car was missing an SD card, Garry proceeded to order it and it arrived within a few weeks. Would go there to buy again, super garage and staff. 5 stars for Garry Turner.

As soon as I popped into their store, I was welcomed by a very clean and beautiful showroom. These guys have top quality customer service (Unlike their fellow Citroen branch). After a stressful time trying to purchase a car to meet my many demands within my budget I found a car at sighthill motor store, unfortunately not the car for me, I am pleased to say that salesman Christian Pineda seemed positive he could find the correct car for me. He was outstanding throughout and listened to what I wanted, even though I know I was being unrealistic for the spec of car I wanted at a low price, but Christian stepped up and he made it possible. His communication from start to finish(and trust me the process was not a quick 1 with me being so fussy) was first class(the man has the patience of a saint as I never made his job easy) he always tried to advise me on what was best and in the end found me a great car within budget. She was friendly, well spoken and very professional. The manager introduced himself to us and everyone was so friendly. Car salespeople have a reputation as out for the hard sell but we were left alone until we approached Taylor and she really took her time to make sure we got the right car. I had a great experience with our salesman at Arnold Clark motorstore Sighthill. Hubert was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, informative and helpful, answering all our questions before purchasing the car. We had an issue with the sat nav screen which took a while for the manufacturer to fix and I had to get something sorted after picking the car up and Hubert made sure I was kept up-to-date seen to quickly and dealt with efficiently which spoke more to me than the presale. Excellent service all round and I found all the staff really helpful and accommodating at the motorstore.

very impressed with the service from AC and Tomas in particular. We live in Essex so it was all done over the internet/phone and couldn't have been more straightforward. Car was sent to a delivery centre just over an hours' drive from us, and the handover was very smooth - absolutely no pressure to conclude the deal (which included a part exchange). I have had a mixed experience with Arnold Clark Sighthill. - Took a new Fiat out on a good PCP deal, no complaints, no pushy sales. - Car taken in for a Service after 1 year; customer service from services was shocking, highlighted lots of issues that needed fixed (car had done less than 10k miles), car was a mess when it came back to me. I was quite happy with the sales team and based on my experience I would buy new from them again, never would I buy used cars from Arnold Clark. Okay, to be honest I felt a little reluctant to use AC Service Centre but my Fiat needed a thorough diagnostic and the local village garage didn't have the technology. Mostly, you hear how big garages are out to exploit the customer - that wasn't the case here. The technician/Mechanic (John) gave me an analysis of the problem told me the repair/remedial options and potential associated costs and explained it to me in a clear way which allowed me to make an informed decision. I would definately use them again

I do not usually leave reviews but my experience at Arnold Clark deserves one. Bought a Kia Carens 2 weeks ago and could not be happier. Like most people we are really suspicious of car salesman but we met Alan Sinclair who has changed our preception completely. He was very proffesional ,listened to our needs and expectations was polite and not pushy in any way !! We were looking for a bigger family car and Alan guided us to a car that we had not even considered , it had everything we were looking for and came in under our budget !! We were looked after as soon as we walked in to the Motorstore , our kids were given a goodie bag by Fiona and played in the kids area allowing us time to discuss things with Alan. The General Manager Sonny even came over and introduced himself to us , we thougt this was a really nice touch !
