I recently purchased vehicle from E11 Motors and the whole experience was seamless from contacting them to viewing the vehicle to driving it away on the same day! The after sales service is excellent too. A small fault occurred which was rectified without question within 48 hours of me reporting it, completely free of charge as part of the warranty. As I live in West Lothian they even arranged for the repair to be carried out at a local garage. I would thoroughly recommend E11 Motors. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I couldn't recommend this place more, I bought my car from this garage last month. It is running really well, I'm extremely pleased with it. Tarick, his brother and the mechanics were extremely friendly and welcoming each time I came in. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other garages that I had visited (my experiences in two other garages in Edinburgh were that the salespeople were dismissive, and came across as a bit arrogant) nothing was too much hassle for them. I think this is because they are family owned and run. Delighted with the service and car I recieved.

Great value for money and brilliant staff who go the extra mile for you. I purchased a car from E11 Motors just over 2 months ago, there was no pressure selling, and the staff member was very knowledgeable + honest. It's difficult to know who to trust when buying a car but I recommend E11 motors. In the first 3 weeks of my purchase I had a recurring issue with the car in which E11 paid for the repairs. However, for some unknown reason the engine management light kept coming on so I had to return it. On this day, Gerry the manager of the shop, drove me around to some of his garages and compounds, while juggling family and business commitments at the same time, so as to make sure I left with a car that was suitable for my needs. I feel that I left with a deal that was far better than the one I had made 3 weeks prior. Genuine, understanding, trustworthy with good manners and decency, I would definitely shop here again.

My mum purchased a car here, really reasonably priced cars with good warranty and aftercare, car was delivered to mums house free of charge, had an issue with remote not working to unlock car, contacted E11 and they responded within around 12 hours, gave details and locksmith came to mums home, sorted problem and E11 covered the expense of this. The airbag warning light was on, we spoke with Jerry and he told me to put the car in for repair and that he would cover the cost. True to his word, the money was paid into my account.
