From finding the car in Edinburgh through the Sytner website, I was in contact with Harry Wallace and I found his knowledge and attention to detail reassuring. we agreed a purchase and the finance process was flawless. As it was our 34th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to go to Edinburgh to celebrate, again with Harry's local knowledge we found the perfect hotel. We both appreciated the experience and support that was given, along with joining the Maserati family.

Presented with an unforeseen issue with my Maserati (NOT purchased from this dealership I hasten to add), Graypaul were absolutely first class in the support, understanding and options available to me.
First of all the service side. Kevin Slattery was swift in accepting the vehicle at nil notice (despite being fully booked), diagnosing the problem and giving me a swift quote for fix. Above and beyond, he gave me the use of a courtesy car, again at no notice, for a week to enable to make a critical family based long journey the day after. Absolutely first class, sympathetic, empathetic customer service.
Recognising the problem, given my existing vehicle was out of warranty, Harry Wallace approached me to suggest any options with regards changing the vehicle. Classic sales technique, Im not naive, but Harry explained carefully and caringly the risk I was facing into, and outlined options that could result in a better outcome all round than me simply investing in the repair.
Result is a beautiful upgrade for a vehicle that whilst was an expense I didn't foresee (like the repair would have been), but a first class customer experience that leaves me in no doubt that I will not make the future mistake of going elsewhere for any future vehicles. Communication first class, service first class, service and sales attitude and approach first class, a quite excellent customer experience that will be remember so much more favourably than it could have been when faced with a 4 figure repair bill.
And finally the finishing touch. A beautiful token gift for my wife upon vehicle collection. A personal touch that sealed the memory for sure. Dont go anywhere else and no disrespect to the others, but make sure you ask for either Kevin or Harry !!

Just wanted to share this Maserati in Edinburgh were very good to us recently in particular Kevin Slater. We purchased a Levante earlier in the year not from here but Maserati in Colchester, Essex where we are from, whilst we were away on a recent trip we had a puncture and having taken out the tyre insurance called them to see if they were able to replace asap, the tyres were not in stock and we had a full day planned as we were on holiday. They did not have any demonstrators for us to borrow so he kindly arranged for us to have his company car for the day whilst tyre was sorted. Above and beyond service from Maserati and we were very grateful for the kind treatment.

First things first, not normal doing a distance purchase during pandemic, no test drive possible, but got a video and superb availability to answer lots of queries and felt a real desire to find the right vehicle for me. And ultimately there is a 14 day return for peace of mind.

First time customer of Stytner (Maserati) in Edinburgh. I have bought from quite a number of other dealerships and franchises previously. Sytner surpasses all other companies I have dealt with in terms of knowledge, professionalism and most of all customer service. They never "push" for the sale (whether for a vehicle or service/parts) and everything they do is in the best interests of the customer- it is a true "business partnership" which exists rather than the traditional customer/supplier approach. Outstanding company and a pleasure to deal with- their coffee is pretty darn good too!

Fantastic experience from the team at Edinburgh Graypaul.
I first noted interest on a Ghibli in early 2019 and the team was quick to welcome me to a test drive. After my test drive I was kept informed of various options available, unfortunately due to personal financial commitments I had to postpone in getting a new car.
After almost 13 months later I popped in the showroom and the entire team Harry, Jamie, Zack welcomed me once again. I indicated my preferences for a Ghibli and my budget as well as finance options required. Within a week I received a call from Harry who had sourced a couple Ghibli’s off-market for me. I fell in love for the second one and though it did not have heated front-seats, Harry upgraded after-market ones for me as well as an exclusive price that was £2500 lower than Autotrader. ‘Gentleman’s agreement’ he called it!
I am very grateful to the team, welcoming me in the showroom turning up unannounced and treating me as part of the Maserati family from day one. I am in love with the Ghibli that the team has personally sourced for me as well as the upgrade options. The car has been working perfectly well though it did require a brake-fluid top up on the first month - the team had given me a Levante as a courtesy car during the Ghibli’s absence.
