I reported a problem this morning and asked if I could deliver the car to have it resolved. Instead they sent a technician to my home and resolved it there, within hours of receiving the request. Then road tested the car and pronounced it fit for use. Excellent service.

I had a very professional and smooth experience with them. I found my car online on their website and fill out a few details. On the next day I received a phone call from Andrew R asking for a few details and he valued my old car and gave me the details of the payment arrangement for the new car. I was happy with valuation and new payment arrangement. We arranged a pick up date and I handed over my old car and got the new one. Everything was 100 % hassle free, smooth and professional. After having so many bad experience with other dodgy car dealers like Arnold Clark, Mercedes-Benz Coldstream was like a fresh air for me. I would recommend it to anyone. 5 stars from me. :))

My wife and I found our preferred spec of new car online with Mercedes-Benz of Coldstream, after a quick phone call with Mike we put down our holding deposit and from then we were kept updated via email on options, paperwork and even tutorial videos from Andrew on how all the tech worked. It’s now been a few days since we drove up from Newcastle to collect the car, the handover was obviously a little different than usual due to the Covid19 protocols that are currently in place, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. As a one liner – The best dealer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The professional team at Coldstream, especially Iain and Chris have been fantastic and transparent to work with. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 3 appalling Mercedes Benz dealers in and around London, however I have now re-gained confidence in the Mercedes Benz Brand by dealing with the sterling team at Coldstream. From purchasing the vehicle all the way through to aftercare and warranty work required, the customer journey and experience has exceeded expectations. I can understand why the group have won dealer of the year across multiple years. I am based in London however from now on forth I will only be doing business with the Coldstream dealer as I have had to deal with very, very poor Mercedes Benz dealers. I have just bought a used approved Mercedes from MB Coldstream this week and have been very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service received and the overall approach of this dealership. We have been customers at a certain well known 4x4 brand dealership in Kelso for many years as well as various other franchises dealerships but after too many incidences of poor service, over familiar salespeople and cars that are just not up to scratch, it was time to look elsewhere. Chris looked after us from start to finish and the whole experience was in the true meaning of the word, exceptional. Extremely professional, non patronising and not a sniff of “sales” patter. After suffering far to many fools over the years, this experience was a welcome change. Every member of the team who I met were equally as professional. This is what other dealerships should aspire to.

Whilst travelling alone to Edinburgh ( a 300 mile round trip) my warning light for loss of pressure to my tyres came on, whilst I was in the middle of nowhere! When I came across the Mercedes Benz garage in Coldstream ( even though my car is not a Mercedes) I called in for some advice.
