The first time I have ever bought a car online and not had a test drive or seen the car in person. Found the car on the used car website and looked like a great deal for a car with lots of extras. The car had only just been received by the garage so no photos on website. After a couple of personal video walk rounds we decided we would take the plunge and buy the car. A week later it was being delivered to our house in Surrey and we got to drive it for the first time. Paul Paxton was great and handled the sale from start to finish. Loving our new wheels and can’t wait for the first big road trip!

As someone looking to buy my first new car I was rather apprehensive about what the experience might be like, having heard countless horror stories from friends about pushy salesmen and the like. The buying process at West End Škoda couldn’t have been more different. We found a car we were interested in, advertised at West End Skoda in Edinburgh, the only slight issue was, we live in Sheffield. I called and spoke to a salesman by the name of Han Dervish. I enquired about the car, and explained to Han that we lived in Sheffield. He went way above and beyond in every way. He told me the vehicle had not yet been prepared but would send me a video of the car to help me decide if we would travel 4 and a half hours to view the car. He highlighted every mark and blemish he saw in order for us to decide with all the possible information to hand, if he later found anything he thought we might consider something wrong he videoed it and sent it to us. We decided to try to arrange everything to allow us to drive up, and if happy bring the new car back in one trip. We made the journey, the car was everything Han had told us, and more. We concluded the deal and drove home in our new car, a 68 plate Kodiaq. This has to be the best Skoda dealership in the UK, Han was amazing, and we cannot recommend West End Skoda highly enough

Been going since we bought our skoda. Always decent service and never had any odd bills or anything. Normally would give 4 stars as nothing outstanding either but this time was very impressed by Clare who arranged my service and MOT. I asked her if Skoda did bodywork and could i have a quote. She didn't just say no we don't but took the time to recommend someone and provide a link - that is proper personal customer care when someone doesn't directly profit from it but still helps and goes the extra mile. Lovely to deal with too, lots of energy with no hint of boredom/tiredness that I was the 20th customer that day! She was very forthright about what times were her busiest too so I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Had car in for service was treated well if you have a Skoda go here and not Arnold Clark. West end charge me the correct price for my schedule service but Arnold Clark was going to charging me £100 more and there customer service was shocking I can't recommend west end Skoda enough from the moment i walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and valued as customer My car was ready at the time I asked it to be ready and it was washed and hoovered also my windscreen washer was full so they put a bottle of screen wash in the car

After reading a few of the reviews on here I have to say I was a bit worried about sending my car in for some warranty work. My experience really couldn't have been any better. I was originally given a date 4 weeks away but the service adviser spoke to his manager and booked me in for 4 days time. Upon handing in my car i was given a courtesy car, which was a 68 plate Fabia. Certainly not a VRS but its all I needed. That day I received a video from the mechanic working on my car explaining the issue and that parts were required. This was followed by a call from the service adviser. He let me know the parts would be in next day and I was to keep the courtesy car until then. Next day I received a call at 2pm to advise my car was repaired and ready to be collected. Picking the car up it was cleaned inside and out and the sale adviser was very friendly, courteous, polite and most importantly quick. Drove my car away with a big smile on my face and over the moon with the service. Recommended!

Excellent service, I was in search of a mobility car and George at Skoda (west end Edinburgh) listened to what I had to say and had taken my personal needs into consideration when I was trying to decide on what vehicle to opt for! Having bought my car from West End 4 years ago and having my car serviced and MOT'd here every year, I would go anywhere else for it, top class service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, fixed prices too so no hidden charges, and if something is wrong with your vehicle they always let me know before commencing with work. Will always use this garage for this reason, your made to feel welcome, so much so we managed to get my wife a car from here

I found the salesman to be very knowledgable about the more technical details of the vehicles. I don't care about cup holders, I care about how a 1.5l engine in a Kodiak will pull on a motorway. I will go here to buy a skoda, that level of knowledge tells me he cared about putting the custom in the right vehicle.
