Went to Trade in my old Ford Fiesta. A Lovely dealership and has excellent staff. The guys were fantastic talking me through all the options with the car and specifications that met not just my needs but my budget. The knowledge and resourcefulness of the team www great. Chris and Peter valued the trade perfectly meeting my expectations of value and helping ensure I got the right car for the money. Stuart then checked in to ensure I was happy with everything I don't think I have ever had so many options it comes to choosing my new car. I gave them a list and they ticked all the boxes. All along I felt I was making the decisions.

I had a fantastic experience with the Service dept last week. David Ketchen was very attentive and was able to fit me in at short notice to carry out rectification work from a visit to another dealer. He was easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the process. A special mention also must go to the Warranty Specialist Steve Dowd, who very kindly stayed back after hours to look after me with a separate issue. Great work all round guys - THANK YOU

David Selkirk was extremely helpful and friendly, and clearly explained the process of part exchange on another car without any hint of being patronising. I know many people buy cars online now but I like the face to face aspect of the process; it's a major purchase to commit to and I would certainly go back to Western VW in future.

Being late in a Sunday was fairly quiet, a few couples looking at cars. The salesman asked me if I needed help, but were happy to leave me having a look around myself. Dennis was very helpful and helped me find the car I'd been looking at online. He done some comparison with me but wasn't pushy and looked at a few other possibilities for me. We bought a T-Cross - very easy process and given the huge waits people are having for cars we only waited 3 months. Was delivered last week and it's amazing - or at least I *think* it's amazing as my wife won't let me drive it. Or eat in it. Or breathe.

I have been trying to remember my car-buying history over the decades. I really can’t but it goes something like this:- Mini. Austin, Austin, Mini, Austin,Ford, Triumph, Ford,Fiat, Volkswagen, Volkswagen, Volkswagen, Volkswagen, Rover, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Skoda, Skoda, and now I am planning for my next and probably last new car. Guess what, it will either be a VW or a Skoda, but certainly electric. Even I can see that there is a theme running here. The early cars were all second-hand and the later ones bought new. My excursions into expensive cars were really expensive and totally unsatisfying . All I can say is that I won’t stray again. Thanks for a long association VW.

Not as much availability of demonstrative cars as I would expect and the cost of leasing direct from vw is 2.4 times the cost of leasing on line. That shouldn't be so.

Tried on the phone various times for two days now to speak to someone in the service dept. I was promised a call back yesterday still waiting Tried again today someone just hung up on me I have had a job done here before and staff are very friendly and helpful when you are there, And no complaints with the job carried out hence 3 star's BUT they need to work on call backs and having enough staff to cover service reception. it's very frustrating C'mon guys it's first point of call.

Got my new Touran here. Cant fault the sales staff. My rep was Dennis who excellent. Kept us frequently updated with actual videos explaining how the order was progressing right up to delivery day. Top blole & rep. Only issue with this showroom is onsite parking or lack of. It's manic and getting a space is rare, Should really look to expand, The lack of parking more than likely puts people off.
