Jonny proves honest sales professionals do exist and are genuinely interested in ensuring the customer gets the right car and a good deal. I bought a second-hand car, one of many over the years. Jonny “stated it is not a new car, but it is your new car.” His approach was such that I felt I was buying a new car 😊 There were a few minor niggles to sort and all of them expertly resolved. Upon receipt of my car (home delivery) I am delighted. Much better than anticipated and with a few thoughtful touches. After sales follow-up has likewise exceeded my expectations. Amazing service from Daniel, just Picked up my car today and can thank Daniel enough, incredibly helpful and friendly when helping my purchase my first car. I have just taken delivery of a new Sorento. There was an issue with the original order which meant a new order had to be started and with the global shortage of semi-conductors, it was a bit of a wait for the car. I fully appreciate that in life sometimes things can go wrong, it's how we deal with these issues, how judgements and impressions are made. The staff at Arnold Clark especially Michael Todd have been exceptional in how the issues were resolved. He gave me regular updates on the car delivery dates. Product advisor Jonathon came in to the fold towards the end of the situation. He was also very good in his attitude and professionalism to get the car delivered very soon after it arrived at Cumbernauld. This will be my third Sorento, two of them have been bought from Kia Cumbernauld, one bought elsewhere as they didn't go personal contract hire at the time. All three have been serviced by Kia Cumbernauld and I have been dealing with the branch since 2013. That itself should tell you that they give good service and can be trusted. I will continue to use this branch for future servicing work and future sales. Thanks for all your help. PS My son will be 17 next year and will be looking for a good deal on a wee starter car!!!

He answered all of our questions about the car we were thinking of buying and has an extended knowledge with a wide range of makes and models to. When picking up our car, James spent the time to talk over everything with us, Including controls etc of the car. All staff were friendly and we were offered drinks and biscuits to, which our son took a strong liking to. I've done my MOT and service here for two years in a row, guys have always sent me a detailed video of my car's health, clearly described what has to be changed and what's recommended to be replaced, and I could see on the video why. This is not a review for buying a car but for the wonderful people who work here. I popped in recently as one of my colleagues vans had broken down and the AA we're going to be a couple of hours. It was only a flat battery but I chanced my luck and visited Arnold Clark along the street to see if they could help. Within 10mins after a quick chat with the lovely girl on reception one of the guy's came out with a battery booster pack and got us back on the road no problem. I’ve been a customer of this branch for 8 years now. There seems to be quite a bit of negative impressions online for Arnold Clark, but I’ve never had any cause to complain. Their sales staff have always been very helpful, trying to get me the best deal they can, and if not, helping in other ways. I used an online car servicing company a few years ago and was very disappointed in their attitude and service, so was glad to return to AC. The service department staff are very pleasant and do everything they can to provide a first class service. When things go wrong, they acknowledge the mistake and do whatever they can do make it right. One standout element for me is the video showing what needs done to your vehicle. It’s easy to get a bit bamboozled by the technical jargon - and there was a time when garages would convince you of unnecessary work required- but this service allows you to see exactly what’s needed, and there is no pressure to commit. Big shout out, for my most recent visit, to Alannah who kept me up to date throughout, and offered a compensatory gesture when there was a mixup with the booking details.

Purchased my first car from AC in Cumbernauld almost two years ago as a wide eyed, just passed test driver. Liam could not have been more helpful from the moment he sent me a video of the car. He seemed rather intimidated of the fact my dad, in his 50s who has been dealing with this for over 30 years though! Would liked to have seen other cars but to be honest i don't think it would have made a difference. I recently sold the car on (a Nissan Micra) and was very sad to see it go. If I'm going to pick a negative it's really that he seemed overly pushy to get the sale, as understandable as that is, assuming sales assistants get commission for sales.
